Robotics company Wisson Robotics has raised its Series A, A+, and A2 funding rounds.

The funding will be directed toward the commercialization of Wisson's proprietary Pliabot technology, enhancing its flexible robotic systems, and expanding its global applications across industries such as renewable energy, infrastructure maintenance, and smart mobility. Currently, the company has deployed its solutions in over 100 countries, supporting a variety of use cases, including energy infrastructure, industrial manufacturing, and environmental protection.

"Soft robotics is revolutionizing automation," said Hui Cheng, Wisson's Marketing Director. "This investment empowers us to bring our transformative technology to new industries, solving complex challenges and delivering real-world impact."

The company's core product is robotic solutions based on its Pliabot technology. The Pliabot robotic design mimics the functions and behaviors of human muscles and neurons. By incorporating soft and flexible materials, Pliabot aims to enhance traditional rigid robotics designs, prioritizing flexibility, cost efficiency, and safety for a range of industrial applications.

Among its solutions, Wisson specifically highlighted its Orion aerial robot adapter kit, which upgrades DJI drones with soft robotic arms for precision tasks like high-altitude cleaning and energy maintenance.

The company also attended CES 2025 in Las Vegas to showcase its innovations, including performance demonstrations of aerial operations and other applications.
