The Segregated Account was established in order to segregate certain liabilities of Ambac Assurance Corporation (AAC). The 52-week trading range for ABK is $0.55 - $2.09. Ambac Financial has declined over 54% in the last six months.

CKE Restaurants, Inc. (NYSE: CKR) fell 1.78% to $11.05 in the pre-market session. CKE Restaurants reported yesterday a fourth-quarter net income of $15.4 million, or $0.28 per share, from $2.6 million, or $0.05 per share, in the same period last year. CKE Restaurants closed at $11.25 in the last trading session. CKR has gained over 5% in the last six months.

Red Hat, Inc. (NYSE: RHT) declined 1.95% to $30.10 in the pre-market session. Red Hat announced that for fiscal 2011, it expects revenue to be in the range of $835 million - $850 million and non-GAAP earnings per share to be in the range of $0.71 - $0.74. The 52-week trading range for RHT is $14.43 - $31.76. RHT has surged over 105% in the last year.

Brocade Communications Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: BRCD) fell 3.09% to $5.65 in the pre-market session. BRCD closed at $5.83 in the last trading session. In the last six months, BRCD has declined over 26%. The 52-week trading range for BRCD is $3.06 - $9.84.
