Shares of the following companies will see some unusual movements in trading on Wednesday, according to Bloomberg.

Chiquita Brands International, Inc. (NYSE: CQB), a marketer and distributor of bananas and other fresh produce, expects first-quarter results to be “substantially lower” than previous year. Shares of Chiquita Brands International, Inc. were down 2.48% to $16.10 in after-hours trading on Tuesday.

FSI International, Inc. (NASDAQ: FSII) was up 5.15% to $3.88 in after-hours trading on Tuesday. The company has forecast third-quarter revenue of $23 million.

Honeywell International Inc. (NYSE: HON), a diversified manufacturing and technology company, has raised its first-quarter EPS forecast from $0.45 to $0.49. Shares of Honeywell International were up 2.34% to $46 in after-hours trading on Tuesday.

Landec Corporation (NASDAQ: LNDC), a designer, developer, manufacturer and seller of temperature-activated and other specialty polymer products, has revised its forecast for 2010. The company now expects no changes in its net income, compared with last year. Shares of Landec Corporation were down 6.31% to $6.68 in after-hours trading on Tuesday.

SAIC, Inc. (NYSE: SAI), which provides scientific, engineering, systems integration and technical services to U.S. military, has lowered its full-year earnings forecast after lower-than-expected fourth-quarter profit. Shares of SAIC, Inc. were down 3.95% to $18.23 in after-hours trading on Tuesday.

Sealy Corporation (NYSE: ZZ), a manufacturer and marketer of a line of bedding products, reported EPS of $0.03 in its first-quarter, missing average analyst estimate by 14%. Shares of Sealy Corporation were down 3.84% to $3.51 in after-hours trading on Tuesday.
