Palm, Inc. (NASDAQ: PALM) has plunged 10% to $10.55 in the pre-market session after Palm reported wider-than-estimated loss. PALM reported a net loss of $81.9 million, or $0.54 a share in its fiscal second quarter. Excluding items, Palm posted a loss of $0.37 a share, which was wider than the analyst forecast for a loss of $0.32 a share.

Accenture Plc (NYSE: ACN) fell over 2% to $40.80 after Accenture recorded a fall in Q1 earnings and projects a sales outlook for the current quarter that was weaker than Street’s expectations. The 52-week trading range for Can is $26.33 - $43.33. Yesterday, Accenture closed at $41.66.

C.R. Bard, Inc. (NYSE: BCR) has decreased $6.66 or 7.91% to $77.50 in the pre-market session after Piper Jaffray downgraded C.R. Bard from Neutral to Underweight. Price target lowered from $84 to $71. Yesterday, C.R. Bard closed at $84.16. The 52-week trading range for BCR is $68.94 - $88.43.

Citrix Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CTXS) has tumbled 1.57% to $38.23 after MKM Partners downgraded Citrix Systems from Neutral to Sell. The 52-week trading range for CTXS is $20.00 - $43.78. So far in the current year, Citrix Systems gained over 60%.

Cathay General Bancorp (NASDAQ: CATY) has plunged 3.31% to $7.30 in the pre-market session after Cathay General Bancorp announced that it has entered into a memorandum of understanding with the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco to submit a capital plan for review. The 52-week trading range for CATY is $7.21 - $24.00.

NetApp Inc. (NASDAQ: NTAP) has plunged 1.57% to $33.30 in the pre-market session. Yesterday, Piper Jaffray reiterates an Overweight rating on NetApp, Inc. and raises price target to $37. The 52-week trading range for NTAP is $12.39 - $34.00. So far in the current year, NTAP gained over 140%.
