Spirit <a href="https://www.sec.gov/ix?doc=/Archives/edgar/data/1498710/000095010324016405/dp220813_8k.htm">approved</a> large retention bonuses for its top executives on Nov. 12, six days before the company announced the restructuring and filed for bankruptcy.
