Delta&#8217;s three-to-five-year financial framework targets mid-teens operating margins, 10% average annual EPS growth, and<a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/24/11/42087211/delta-charts-its-path-to-high-margins-and-shareholder-gains-at-2024-investor-day" rel="noreferrer noopener"> $3 billion-$5 billion in annual free cash flow</a>.
Delta&nbsp;reaffirmed its expected&nbsp;<a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/earnings/24/10/41270201/deltas-turbulent-q3-mixed-results-and-tech-troubles-cloud-holiday-outlook" rel="noreferrer noopener">fourth-quarter financial guidance</a>.

O&#8217;Brien writes that Delta&#8217;s solid balance sheet includes new targets of 1.0x gross leverage and $40 billion in unencumbered assets, which will provide financial durability through market cycles.
The analyst estimates EPS of $6.05 in FY24, $8.25 in FY25 and $9.50 in FY26.

Revenue was up 14% year-over-year, with remaining performance obligations growing by 20% to $12.6 billion. Additionally, the company&#8217;s next-generation security annual recurring revenue rose by 40% year-over-year to $4.5 billion.
&#8220;Our Q1 results reinforced our conviction in our differentiated platformization strategy,&#8221; said Nikesh Arora, chairman and CEO of Palo Alto Networks.

Even the 200-day simple moving average of $835.76 is now a distant memory, amplifying concerns.
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Kennedy Sends Drugmakers Tumbling</h2>
The broader selloff in anti-obesity drugmakers like Eli Lilly, Novo Nordisk AS (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/NVO#NYSE">NVO</a>) and Amgen Inc (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/AMGN#NASDAQ">AMGN</a>) has been linked to fears over the possible appointment by President-elect Donald Trump of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as head of the Department of Health and Human Services.
Investors worry his critical stance on GLP-1 weight-loss treatments could lead to reduced insurance coverage or pricing pressures. While the agency has limited power to enact sweeping changes without Congress, the uncertainty has spooked the market.
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Still Room To Run?</h2>
For contrarian investors, the fundamentals paint a different picture. Eli Lilly's Zepbound and Mounjaro sales are projected to hit $18 billion by 2026, doubling from 2024 estimates.
Total revenue is expected to climb to $69 billion by 2026, with earnings soaring to $30 per share — more than double the current $13.26.
And at 33.2 times forward earnings (per <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/pro/?utm_source=BZprocontent112124&amp;t=be2bearmibe3na1">Benzinga Pro</a> data), the stock's valuation looks far more attractive than its July peak of 57.2 times.

The post triggered a response from MicroStrategy, Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/MSTR#NASDAQ">MSTR</a>) executive chairman and Bitcoin bull Michael Saylor, who offered to discuss with Pavlovski "why and how" the company may want to invest in Bitcoin.

Saylor's MicroStrategy has dubbed itself a "Bitcoin Development Company" and currently holds 331,200 Bitcoins, making it the largest institutional holder of the cryptocurrency. MicroStrategy's stock has become a Bitcoin proxy and is up by more than 600% in 2024 and over 100% in the last month alone. 
During a recent X space hosted by asset manager VanEck, Saylor encouraged <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/24/11/42079799/microstrategys-michael-saylor-to-advocate-for-bitcoin-investment-at-microsoft-board-meeting-offers-to-educate-rumble-ceo-with-the-strategy">other companies </a>to hold the cryptocurrency in their reserves.&nbsp;
"I think it's not a bad idea to put it on the agenda of every company. It ought to be put on the agenda of Berkshire Hathaway, Apple, and Google because they all have huge hordes of cash and they're all burning shareholder value," Saylor said
Several companies have <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cryptocurrency/24/11/41683531/michael-saylor-calls-microstrategy-the-public-equity-play-on-bitcoin-maximalism-heres-whos">recently adopted</a> the Bitcoin strategy including Semler Scientific, Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/SMLR#NASDAQ">SMLR</a>) and Metaplanet, Inc. (OTC:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/FNTZF#OTC">FNTZF</a>). Microsoft Corp. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/MSFT#NASDAQ">MSFT</a>) will be hosting Saylor to present a case for Bitcoin investment to its board of directors.&nbsp;
Why It Matters: Rumble's Pavloski followed up his original post with a poll asking if Rumble should invest in Bitcoin. 43,790 people responded, and 93.9% of respondents replied, "Yes."

The Details: Grizzly Research<a href="https://grizzlyreports.com/we-believe-sharkninja-inc-nyse-sn-is-a-china-hustle-based-on-rampant-looting-and-conflicts-of-interest-with-the-chinese-chairman/"> alleges</a> that SharkNinja "engaged in some of the worst practices of old-school China hustle stocks" including:&nbsp;

<li>Allegations of transferring assets to insiders for a nominal consideration</li>
<li>Allegations of overleveraging the company before its IPO in order to pay special dividends to a controlling shareholder</li>
<li>Claims of nepotism</li>

Benzinga reached out to SharkNinja for comment, but had not received a response from the company before publication.&nbsp;

SharkNinja increased its debt before going public by over $300 million and then transferred more than $600 million to Wang through special dividends and related-party loans, according to Grizzly Research.&nbsp;
Grizzly claims that SharkNinja shares an address with an undisclosed related party that the company's chairman, Xuning Wang, controls and operates in a similar business. The short seller speculates there is a conflict of interest and noted over $3 billion purchases from related parties from 2021 to 2023.&nbsp;
The report also claims SharkNinja sold a key subsidiary that holds the rights to "the only official looking" online storefronts on JD.com and Alibaba's platform Tmall to chairman Wang for only nominal consideration.
"Based on our research, we strongly believe that 49% of SharkNinja (China) Technology should not be sold for only a nominal consideration," Grizzly Research wrote.&nbsp;

What To Know: Multiple crypto-linked stocks are moving higher on Thursday after Bitcoin hit <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cryptocurrency/24/11/42109267/bitcoin-hits-new-all-time-high-above-98000-as-spot-etfs-crack-100-billion-net-asset-value-milestone">new all-time highs</a> above $98,000. Some names are outperforming and it appears to be a result of recent Bitcoin accumulation strategies. 
MicroStrategy and MARA Holdings have <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/offerings/24/11/42112653/bitcoin-mining-stock-mara-holdings-is-outpacing-peers-whats-going-on">outperformed peers</a> in recent trading sessions. Both companies recently completed offerings and used the proceeds to buy additional Bitcoin as they focus on stockpiling.
Semler Scientific has also adopted a Bitcoin treasury strategy. The company announced it raised $21.5 million through the sale of 505,544 shares of its common stock under an at-the-market offering earlier this week. The proceeds partially funded the company&#8217;s recent Bitcoin purchases.
Semler said it purchased 215 Bitcoin for $17.7 million in cash at an average price of $82,502 between Nov. 6 and Nov. 15. The company now holds a total of 1,273 Bitcoin, acquired for a total cost of $88.7 million.
The rise in Semler's stock price suggests investors are optimistic about the company's strategic use of equity to expand its Bitcoin holdings.
