The property consists of two industrial flex buildings containing 37,000 square feet on 3.9 acres which are 100% leased to 20 tenants. The property was purchased by Terreno Realty Corporation on December 10, 2014 for approximately $5.1 million. The unleveraged internal rate of return generated by the investment was 18.8%.

Federal employees are concerned over President-elect Donald Trump&#8217;s pick, Robert F. What Happened: Employees within the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH) are worried about Kennedy being in charge, given his critical stance on mainstream medical practices and vaccines.

The Reverse Stock Split will apply to all of the outstanding shares of Common Stock as of the Effective Time, with a corresponding adjustment to the outstanding partnership units of the Company's operating partnership, Wheeler REIT, L.P. It therefore will not affect any particular stockholder's relative ownership percentage of shares of Common Stock, except for de minimis changes resulting from the payment of cash in lieu of fractional shares. The Reverse Stock Split will also not affect the relative voting or other rights that accompany the shares of Common Stock, except to the extent that it results from a stockholder receiving cash in lieu of fractional shares. There will be no change to the number of authorized shares of the Common Stock as a result of the Reverse Stock Split.
