What Happened: Serve Robotics shares soared 187% on Friday after Nvidia revealed a 10% stake in the robotics company in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission last week. 
In a filing released late Thursday, Nvidia said it now owns 3,727,033 shares of Serve Robotics after it converted a&nbsp;promissory note from Serve Robotics into 1,050,129 shares of common stock in April.

On Monday, Piper Sandler analyst Kashy Harrison maintained Plug Power with an <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/analyst-stock-ratings">Underweight rating</a> and lowered the price target from $2.50 to $2.40.

What To Know: Tilray said Aphria RX GmbH received&nbsp;the first new cannabis cultivation license issued under MedCanG. The license will allow Tilray&#8217;s German facility to cultivate and manufacture a broad commercial range of medical cannabis.
&#8220;We are thrilled to receive this license as it will provide greater access to some of the highest quality medical cannabis produced in Germany and enable us to expand the range of treatment options available to patients,&#8221; said Denise Faltischek, chief strategy officer and head of international for Tilray.

Michelle Obama For Democratic Nominee? Crypto Bettors Think Her Odds Have Just Tripled

Halliburton Company (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/HAL#NYSE">HAL</a>) reported worse-than-expected second-quarter <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/earnings/24/07/39858954/halliburtons-q2-revenue-miss-highlights-challenges-in-us-market-despite-international-gains">revenue results on Friday</a>.
Halliburton reported second-quarter 2024 revenue of $5.833 billion, missing the consensus of $5.949 billion. EPS of 80 cents was in line with the consensus, according to data from <a href="https://pro.benzinga.com/dashboard">Benzinga Pro</a>.
Completion and Production revenue was $3.4 billion, flat Q/Q, while Drilling and Evaluation revenue came in at $2.4 billion, flat Q/Q.
International revenue was $3.4 billion, an increase of 3% Q/Q, with revenue from Latin America flat Q/Q, Europe/Africa +4% Q/Q, and Middle East/Asia +5% Q/Q.
Jeff Miller, Chairman, President, and CEO, said, "In our international markets we see strong demand for Halliburton's services, high activity levels, and equipment tightness across all major basins."
Halliburton shares fell 5.6% to close at $34.40 on Friday.
These analysts made changes to their price targets on Halliburton following the announcement.

Halliburton Analysts Lower Their Forecasts After Q3 Results

Alphabet, Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/GOOGL#NASDAQ">GOOGL</a>) (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/GOOG#NASDAQ">GOOG</a>) is <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/equities/24/07/39874391/tesla-alphabet-gm-ford-lead-earnings-parade-this-week-as-market-struggles-to-sustain-the-summer-">scheduled to release its second-quarter results</a> after the market close on Tuesday, and ahead of the release, a bullish analyst reiterated his positive stance. The Google parent is the first AI stalwart to report this earnings season and therefore, all eyes will be riveted on the report.
Analysts, on average, expect the company to report earnings of $1.85 per share compared to the year-ago&#8217;s $1.44, and revenue of $84.20 billion versus last year&#8217;s $74.60 billion.
The Alphabet Analyst: Wedbush analyst Scott Devitt reiterated an Outperform rating and $205 price target for the stock. 
The Alphabet Thesis: &#8220;The setup remains positive heading into 2Q results,&#8221; said Devitt, citing findings from the firm&#8217;s ad survey and agency commentary that pointed to continued strength for Google Search. The analyst said he raised his Google Search revenue growth estimate from 12% to 12.8% to $47.75 billion. Sequentially search revenue is now expected to see a more modest sequential deceleration in growth, he added.
The survey results have increased conviction in spending intent for the full year, the Wedbush analyst said.

Devitt expects operating income to exceed consensus estimates by about 2%. &#8220;With cost controls still in place, we expect continued operating margin expansion in 2Q,&#8221; he said, adding that operating margin will likely come in at 31.7% versus the 31.1% consensus estimate.
The analyst said the chances of seeing a negative surprise related to spending are relatively low in the second quarter as the increased capital intensity is better understood and estimates for depreciation &amp; amortization and capex have risen materially following guidance last quarter. 
Devitt said he would focus on the following:

<li> 2H advertising growth as comps become more challenging</li>
<li>ongoing monetization of AI services within the cloud unit</li>
</ul>

Monday, Hepion Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ:&nbsp;HEPA) entered into a definitive merger agreement with Pharma Two B Ltd., a late-clinical stage private Israeli company developing P2B001, a combination product candidate in <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/24/07/g39880821/pharma-two-b-announces-plans-to-go-public-via-merger-with-hepion-pharmaceuticals-inc-and-concurren" rel="noreferrer noopener">development for Parkinson&#8217;s Disease</a>.
The merger is valued at an estimated pro-forma implied equity value of approximately $58.5 million.
Hepion will merge into and become an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of Pharma Two B.
The combined company will continue to operate under the &#8220;Pharma Two B&#8221; name. Pharma Two B has agreed to file a registration statement with the SEC to register the ordinary shares proposed to be issued to Hepion&#8217;s equity holders in the acquisition. It will also apply to list its ordinary shares on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol &#8220;PHTB.&#8221;
&#8220;P2B001 offers a novel, easy-to-use therapeutic approach, that is designed to address the unmet need for an effective, safe, once-daily, no titration required treatment with a lower incidence of excessive daytime sleepiness—a common side effect of currently available dopamine agonist treatments in Parkinson&#8217;s disease patients&#8221; said Dan Teleman, Chief Executive Officer of Pharma Two B.
&#8220;Our company is in a stage that we believe meets the public market and investors&#8217; expectations. We are excited about Pharma Two B&#8217;s next growth phase, moving P2B001 towards an NDA submission targeted for the first half of 2026 and making this potential treatment available to patients,&#8221; he continued.
Hepion has also announced a private placement of $2.9 million non-convertible senior notes to qualified institutional investors.
Pharma Two B has entered into a securities purchase agreement for an $11.5 million private placement of ordinary shares and accompanying Series A warrants and Series B warrants.
In April, Hepion Pharmaceuticals began wind-down activities in its ASCEND-NASH Trial while continuing to explore strategic alternatives, as previously <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/24/04/g38342739/hepion-pharmaceuticals-initiates-wind-down-activities-in-phase-2b-ascend-nash-trial" rel="noreferrer noopener">announced in December 2023</a>.
