In response, Google acknowledged the incident in an emailed statement to <a href="https://pro.benzinga.com/dashboard">Benzinga</a> and then <a href="https://x.com/GeminiApp/status/1857586170483585461">on</a> X, formerly Twitter. The company confirmed that the response violated its policy guidelines, and stated that actions were taken to prevent similar occurrences.
&#8220;We take these issues seriously. Large language models can sometimes respond with nonsensical responses, and this is an example of that. On a 100% basis, the sale is priced at approximately US$65 million and is expected to generate a net book gain of around US$33 million and about US$51 million in net cash after repayment of its existing bank loan. The vessel will be delivered to the new owners in Q1 2025.
In addition, BW LPG has declared a purchase option for BW Kizoku, a 2019 Japan-built VLGC. BW Kizoku is currently on time charter with BW LPG with a purchase option, which BW LPG exercised for a consideration of US$69.8 million. The vessel is expected to be delivered in January 2025 and will continue to trade in the conventional BW LPG fleet.
