Statistics: According to DeFiLlama, Solana's total value locked (TVL) has hit a record $11.6 billion as of today. 
On-chain revenue has also peaked at $5.9 million.

Community News: Bloomberg's Senior ETF Analyst Eric Balchunas <a href="https://x.com/EricBalchunas/status/1882155132219216240">shared</a> that Volatility Shares is leading the race to launch a Solana Futures ETF, potentially by mid-March. 
However, Balchunas remains uncertain about sustained demand, especially with a spot ETF anticipated soon.
SolanaFloor <a href="https://x.com/SolanaFloor/status/1882156348328337897">announced </a>that CME Group will launch SOL Futures contracts on Feb. 10.
Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong <a href="https://x.com/brian_armstrong/status/1881987902701207678">assured</a> traders that the company is scaling infrastructure to better support Solana during periods of high demand, addressing delays in activities like DEX trading and meme coin transactions. 
He stated that their goal is to provide tier 1 support for Solana, comparable to Bitcoin, Ethereum and Base, which also faced delays recently due to high activity.
Armstrong oncluded, "The surge in activity is great for the ecosystem but we need to do a better job serving our customers during periods of high demand."

Solana Jumps 20% In 7 Days: Why Is SOL Going Up?

MarineMax shares are trading higher after the company reported better-than-expected Q1 adjusted EPS results.

GE Vernova Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/GEV#NYSE">GEV</a>) reported worse-than-expected fourth-quarter EPS and <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/earnings/25/01/43128325/ge-vernova-mixed-q4-revenue-misses-but-orders-surge-22-amid-strong-electrification-demand">revenue on Wednesday</a>.
The company reported revenue growth of 5% year-over-year to $10.559 billion and +9% organically, missing the consensus of $10.78 billion.
The company achieved orders totaling $13.2 billion, reflecting a 22% organic increase, ~1.3 times revenue, driven primarily by Power and Electrification equipment. Earnings per share for the quarter were $1.73, compared to $0.72 a year ago, missing the consensus of $2.55.
"GE Vernova built a strong foundation in 2024 with solid orders and revenue growth, as well as significant margin expansion and cash generation. We saw strength in Power and Electrification and improvement in Wind, while growing our equipment backlog at better margins," stated GE Vernova CEO Scott Strazik.
GE Vernova reaffirms its 2025 outlook with $36 billion – $37 billion in revenue versus a consensus of $36.88 billion, a high single-digit adjusted EBITDA margin, and $2 billion – $2.5 billion in free cash flow.
GE Vernova shares gained 2.7% to close at $427.10 on Wednesday.
These analysts made changes to their price targets on GE Vernova following earnings announcement.
