Tilray Brands Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/TLRY#NASDAQ">TLRY</a>) is deepening its bet on the beverage alcohol sector, this time through a high-profile partnership with JetBlue Airways (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/JBLU#NASDAQ">JBLU</a>). The collaboration, announced earlier this week, places Montauk Brewing Company&#8217;s Surf Beer Golden Ale on all domestic and international JetBlue flights, marking a major step in Tilray's mainstream beer distribution strategy.
JetBlue passengers can now enjoy Montauk&#8217;s easy-drinking golden ale while cruising at 30,000 feet, a move that further integrates Tilray's growing craft beer empire into everyday consumer experiences. The airline is the first to feature Montauk's beer, offering travelers a sip of the brand's signature coastal lifestyle.

While best known for its cannabis business, Tilray has aggressively expanded into the alcoholic beverage industry, establishing itself as a significant player in craft beer. Through strategic acquisitions of well-known brands, Tilray has built a diverse portfolio that includes Montauk Brewing, SweetWater Brewing, Breckenridge Brewery, Blue Point Brewing and several others.
In 2024 alone, Tilray acquired four craft breweries from Molson Coors (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/TAP#NYSE">TAP</a>), adding Hop Valley Brewing (Oregon), Terrapin Beer Co. (Georgia), Revolver Brewing (Texas) and Atwater Brewery (Michigan) to its roster. Xcel Energy Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/XEL#NASDAQ">XEL</a>) shares are trading lower on Thursday after the company reported <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/02/b43522332/xcel-energy-2024-year-end-earnings-report" rel="noreferrer noopener">fourth-quarter FY24 results</a>.
The company reported revenue of $3.12 billion, which missed the consensus of $3.77 billion.
Adjusted EPS&nbsp;of 81&nbsp;cents <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/earnings" rel="noreferrer noopener">missed the consensus of 87 cents</a>.
For 2024, Xcel Energy reported ongoing earnings per share of $3.50 vs. $3.35 in 2023. This reflects higher recovery of infrastructure investments, partially offset by increased depreciation, interest charges and O&amp;M expenses.
Bob Frenzel, chairman, president and CEO of Xcel Energy, said, &#8220;In 2024, we delivered on our earnings guidance for the 20th&nbsp;year in a row &#8211; one of the best track records in the industry &#8211; against a very difficult backdrop of challenges throughout the year.&#8221;

Outlook: Xcel Energy reiterated FY25 adjusted EPS&nbsp;of&nbsp;$3.75 &#8211; $3.85&nbsp;compared <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/calendars/guidance" rel="noreferrer noopener">to the consensus estimate of $3.82</a>.
&#8220;As we look forward into 2025, we are executing on our plans to build the energy grid that is needed to meet the unprecedented increases in demand from our customers, protect against extreme weather, and deliver a compelling customer experience,&#8221; Frenzel added.

Kura Oncology, Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/KURA#NASDAQ">KURA</a>) and Kyowa Kirin Co., Ltd released topline results from a Phase 2 registration-directed trial of ziftomenib for relapsed/refractory (R/R) NPM1-mutant (NPM1-m) <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/02/g43509177/kura-oncology-and-kyowa-kirin-announce-positive-ziftomenib-monotherapy-registrational-trial-and-po" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">acute myeloid leukemia (AML)</a>.
What Happened: The KOMET-001 trial achieved its primary endpoint of complete response (CR) plus CR with partial hematological recovery (CRh) and the primary endpoint was statistically significant.
The benefit-risk profile for ziftomenib is highly encouraging, and safety and tolerability were consistent with previous reports.
Topline data for KOMET-001 has been submitted for presentation at an upcoming medical conference in the second quarter of 2025. Kura looks to submit a new drug application (NDA) to the FDA for ziftomenib in the second quarter of 2025.
The companies also announced they plan to initiate a single protocol containing two independently powered, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, registrational Phase 3 trials to evaluate ziftomenib in combination with both intensive and non-intensive combination regimens in patients with newly diagnosed NPM1-m and KMT2A-rearranged (KMT2A-r) AML.

<li>The registrational KOMET-017-IC trial of intensive chemotherapy combination will assess minimum residual disease (MRD) negative CR and event-free survival (EFS) as dual-primary endpoints.</li>
<li>The registrational KOMET-017-NIC trial of venetoclax / azacitidine combination will assess CR and overall survival (OS) as dual-primary endpoints.</li>
</ul>
The companies plan to initiate the two frontline Phase 3 trials in the second half of 2025 and anticipate multiple clinical data presentations for the ziftomenib AML program and Kura&#8217;s pipeline programs in 2025.
In November 2024, Kura Oncology and Kyowa Kirin entered into a global strategic collaboration to develop and commercialize ziftomenib for acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/24/11/g42100296/kura-oncology-and-kyowa-kirin-announce-global-strategic-collaboration-to-develop-and-commercialize" rel="noreferrer noopener">other hematologic malignancies</a>.
Under the agreement, Kura will receive an upfront payment of $330 million and expects to receive up to $420 million in near-term milestone payments.
Kura is eligible to receive additional milestone payments of $741 million. That&#8217;s a total of $1.161 billion in payments for milestones and the opt-in for solid tumor indications.
