The Fund invests in financial instruments that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should track the performance of the Index. The Index, constructed and maintained by MSCI, targets companies that are currently members of the MSCI EAFE Index (MSCI EAFE) and have increased dividend payments each year for at least 10 years. The Index contains a minimum of 40stocks, which are equally weighted. Generally, no single sector is allowed to comprise more than 30% of the Index weight, and no single country is allowed to comprise more than 50% of the Index weight. If there are fewer than 40 stocks with at least 10 consecutive years of dividend growth, or if sector or country caps are breached, the Index will include companies with shorter dividend growth histories.

U.S. stocks traded mixed this morning, with the Nasdaq Composite falling around 100 points on Wednesday.
Following the market opening Wednesday, the Dow traded up 0.08% to 44,590.52 while the NASDAQ fell 0.55% to 19,545.97. The S&amp;P 500 also fell, dropping, 0.17% to 6,027.54.

Leading and Lagging Sectors Utilities shares surged by 1.1% on Wednesday.

Walt Disney reported quarterly earnings of $1.76 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $1.45 per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $24.70 billion which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $24.62 billion.

Toyota Motor Corporation (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/TM#NYSE">TM</a>) has unveiled a major partnership with the Shanghai municipal government to <a href="https://global.toyota/en/newsroom/corporate/42193101.html">support carbon neutrality efforts</a>. 
This collaboration will concentrate on key areas such as hydrogen energy, self-driving technology and battery recycling.
As part of the agreement, the company will set up a fully-owned subsidiary in Jinshan District, Shanghai, to address the increasing demand for new energy vehicles in China.
Toyota&#8217;s upcoming subsidiary will be central to manufacturing battery electric vehicles (BEVs) and batteries. 
The company plans to introduce a new Lexus BEV model, with production slated for 2027. At the outset, the facility is expected to produce 100,000 units annually, while also creating approximately 1,000 jobs during its initial phase of operation.

Toyota sold over a million electrified vehicles in the U.S., including nearly 900,000 Toyota brand vehicles and over 100,000 Lexus brand vehicles, marking a <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/tech/25/01/42809131/toyota-overtakes-ford-gm-in-ev-sales-in-us-thanks-to-its-hybrid-vehicle-lineup">growth of over 50% year-on-year</a>.
The company retained its position as the world's best-selling automaker in 2024 with 10.8 million sales, out of which <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/tech/25/01/43380849/toyota-retains-top-selling-automaker-position-while-continuing-to-trail-tesla-byd-in-ev-sales">4.5 million were electrified vehicles</a>.
Electrified vehicles encompass a range of types, including hybrid, plug-in hybrid, battery electric, mild hybrid and fuel-cell electric vehicles.
The company raised its full-year operating income forecast by 400 billion yen ($2.62 billion), bringing the total to 4,700 billion yen for the fiscal year ending in March 2025.
Toyota&#8217;s latest initiative supports China&#8217;s ambition to reach net-zero emissions by 2060. Through established collaborations with major local players like China FAW Group Co. and Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Toyota aims to enhance its footprint, offering environmentally friendly solutions while playing a key role in China&#8217;s shift toward sustainability.
Price Action: TM shares are trading higher by 2.63% at $192.50 in premarket at the last check Wednesday.

Chinese e-commerce giant&nbsp;JD.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/JD#NASDAQ">JD</a>) shares are trading lower in the<a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/premarket" rel="noreferrer noopener"> premarket session on Wednesday.</a>
The company is in the headlines today for reportedly reviving its interest in buying Düsseldorf, Germany-based Ceconomy AG, Bloomberg <a href="https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2025-02-05/jd-com-is-said-to-revive-interest-in-buying-germany-s-ceconomy" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">reports</a>.
This is not the first time, when JD.com showed interest in the German retailer. Earlier in 2023, it expressed interest in Ceconomy.
According to&nbsp;<a target="_blank" href="https://pro.benzinga.com/?gspk=YWRhbWVja2VydDUzMzY&amp;gsxid=zBMR4PKmcgBw" rel="noreferrer noopener">Benzinga Pro</a>, JD has gained over 80% in the past year.
This time, JD.com is aiming for deal and has approached shareholders of the German company, Bloomberg adds, citing people familiar with the discussions.
Apart from the Ceconomy update, JD.com had been in the news last year for announcing in that it would not proceed with a previously considered cash offer for UK-based Currys.

In a <a target="_blank" href="https://www.londonstockexchange.com/news-article/0JOQ/statement-from-jd-com/16380661" rel="noreferrer noopener">filing </a>to the London Stock Exchange, the company cited &#8220;careful&#8221; consideration as the reason behind its decision to back away from the transaction, after initially exploring the potential move in early 2024.
Meanwhile, JD.com&#8217;s relationship with Walmart has also evolved.
After eight years of partnership, Walmart Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/WMT#NYSE">WMT</a>) last year sold its entire stake in JD.com, worth up to $3.74 billion, to refocus on its operations in China.
The two companies began their collaboration in 2016 when Walmart sold its Yihaodian grocery store to JD.com in exchange for a 5% stake, valued at around $1.5 billion at the time.
As JD.com explores its next moves, investors looking to gain exposure to the company can do so through the Invesco Golden Dragon China ETF (PGJ), which includes JD.com in its portfolio.
While JD.com&#8217;s stock has seen a slight dip in premarket trading, the company&#8217;s ongoing strategic shifts reflect its ambitious plans for growth and expansion in global markets.

Canada-based global medical cannabis company&nbsp;Aurora Cannabis Inc (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/ACB#NASDAQ">ACB</a>) reported a third-quarter fiscal 2025 net revenue of CA$88.2 million, compared to&nbsp;CA$64.4 <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/ACB" rel="noreferrer noopener">million a year ago</a>.

Consolidated adjusted gross margin was 65% in the third quarter and 53% in the prior-year quarter. Adjusted gross profit was&nbsp;CA$56.0 million&nbsp;in the third quarter vs.&nbsp;CA$33.6 million&nbsp;in the prior year quarter, an increase of 67%.

Medical cannabis net revenue was CA$68.1 million, a 51% increase from the prior-year quarter, driven by CA$23.1 million was primarily due to higher sales to Australia, Germany, Poland and the UK, as well as increased revenue in Canada to insurance covered and self-paying patients.
The adjusted gross margin reached 74%, compared to 63% in the prior year quarter, through sustainable cost reductions, higher selling prices, and improved efficiency in production operations, including sourcing for&nbsp;Europe&nbsp;from&nbsp;Canada.
Aurora&#8217;s consumer cannabis net revenue&nbsp;was&nbsp;CA$9.9 million, a 15% decrease compared to&nbsp;$11.6 million&nbsp;in the prior year quarter, mainly due to the decision to prioritize the supply of GMP manufactured products to high-margin global medical cannabis business rather than the consumer business, which offers lower margins.
Plant propagation net revenue contributed&nbsp;$8.9 million, a 22% increase compared to&nbsp;$7.3 million&nbsp;a year ago, due to organic growth and expanded product offerings arising from increased capacity.
Adjusted EBITDA&nbsp;increased 316% to&nbsp;CA$23.1 million&nbsp;compared to&nbsp;CA$5.5 million&nbsp;a year ago.
&#8220;This quarter was record-breaking for Aurora, driven by all-time highs in global medical net revenue, net income, adjusted EBITDA, and free cash flow,&#8221; said Miguel Martin, executive chairman and CEO for Aurora Cannabis.
