The Fund invests in financial instruments that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should produce daily returns consistent with the Daily Target. The Index is constructed and maintained by MSCI Inc. The Index covers approximately 85% of the market capitalization in developed market countries, excluding the U.S. and Canada. As of June 30, 2023, the Index consisted of the following 21 developed market country indexes: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. The Index is published under the Bloomberg ticker symbol MXEA.
