The latest numbers reflect that the newer apartments are now being filled. Redfin based its numbers on an analysis of the U.S. Census Bureau&#8217;s data for newly constructed, unfurnished, unsubsidized, privately financed rental apartments in buildings with five or more units. Apartments completed in the second quarter of 2024 and either rented or not rented within three months were used to compile the survey.</p>

The company announced that it completed the first autonomous tracking flight using its <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/24/12/b42647049/palladyne-ai-achieves-key-milestone-with-first-small-drone-autonomous-tracking-flight">Palladyne Pilot AI software platform</a> on Monday.</p>
<p><strong>What To Know: </strong>The test involved a third-party small drone that identified, prioritized and autonomously tracked terrestrial targets. This marked the first time Palladyne's AI platform interfaced with third-party autopilot software, enabling the drone to autonomously navigate while following a target.</p>

One of the most popular guesses across Reddit&#8217;s r/WallStreetBets and Stocktwits appears to be a bet on <strong>Tilray Brands Inc</strong> (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/TLRY#NASDAQ">TLRY</a>). Tilray fits into the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/topic/420">420 theme</a> and is due to report earnings before the market opens on Jan. 9, according to <a href="http://pro.benzinga.com">Benzinga Pro</a>. Tilray was up about 4% at last check.</p>
<p>GameStop shares are up about 5% over the past month and are up more than 46% over the past three months. AMC shares, on the other hand, are down about 18% over the past month and are down about 8% over a three-month period.</p>
