Smoky will begin delivering power through the PPA starting in 2025 and over the next decade, will supply more than 14 gigawatt hours of carbon-free energy to TVA customers, advancing TVA's transition towards its 2050 net-zero goal.
Smoky currently owns and operates a 377-megawatt portfolio of four hydroelectric power facilities across east Tennessee and western North Carolina. This portfolio generates an annual average of 1.4 million megawatt-hours of carbon-free energy—equivalent to approximately 1.1 million tons of CO2 emissions avoided each year.

Outlook: Dolby expects first-quarter revenue to be in the range of $330 million to $360 million versus estimates of $307.94 million. The company anticipates first-quarter earnings of 96 cents to $1.11 per share versus estimates of 70 cents per share.
Dolby sees full-year 2025 revenue in the range of $1.33 billion to $1.39 billion versus estimates of $1.28 billion. The company expects full-year earnings to be between $3.99 and $4.14 per share versus estimates of $3.70 per share. 
Dolby&#8217;s strong forecast appears to be helping push shares higher after hours. The company&#8217;s management team will further discuss the quarter on a call with analysts and investors at 5 p.m. ET.

Update on Share Repurchase Plan of 2024
On March 12, 2024, the Company's board of directors approved a share repurchase plan whereby the Company is authorized to repurchase its ADSs or Class A ordinary shares with an aggregate value of up to US$350 million during the 12-month period from April 1, 2024.
As of November 19, 2024, the Company had in aggregate purchased approximately 13.7 million ADSs in the open market for a total amount of approximately US$298 million (inclusive of commissions) at an average price of US$21.7 per ADS pursuant to the share repurchase plan.
New US$450 Million Share Repurchase Plan of 2025
On November 19, 2024, the Company's board of directors approved a new share repurchase plan whereby the Company is authorized to repurchase up to US$450 million worth of its ADSs or Class A ordinary shares over the next 12 months starting from January 1, 2025. The share repurchases may be effected from time to time on the open market at prevailing market prices, in privately negotiated transactions, in block trades and/or through other legally permissible means, depending on market conditions and will be implemented in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
