Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/AAPL#NASDAQ">AAPL</a>) has approved the marketplace app of Epic Games, the creator of &#8220;Fortnite,&#8221; for iPhones and iPads in Europe. This move comes amid a <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/24/07/39646883/fortnite-maker-epic-games-accuses-apple-of-blocking-its-game-store-launch">continuing conflict</a> between the two tech behemoths.
What Happened: Apple&#8217;s approval follows accusations from Epic Games that Apple was hindering its attempts to launch a games store on Apple devices. 
The tech giant stated that the dispute is centered around&nbsp;the Epic Sweden AB Marketplace&nbsp;and is not related to Epic&#8217;s Fortnite app, which Apple has already approved, reported Reuters.

&#8220;Apple&#8217;s rejection is arbitrary, obstructive,&nbsp;and in violation of the&nbsp;DMA (Digital Markets Act), and&nbsp;we&#8217;ve shared our concerns with&nbsp;the European Commission,&#8221; Epic said in a series of posts on X.

Earlier this year, Apple proposed changes to its App Store policies to comply with specific directives of the DMA, which came into effect in March. These changes permitted alternative app stores on iPhones and allowed users to opt out of using the in-app payment system.

Apple Approves Epic Games' Marketplace App In Europe Amid Ongoing Feud

Nvidia Corp. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/NVDA#NASDAQ">NVDA</a>) has received a rare downgrade from New Street Research, with the analyst citing concerns about the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/24/06/39412234/nvidias-rise-resembles-dot-com-boom-era-but-former-cisco-ceo-says-things-are-different-this-time">stock&#8217;s overvaluation</a>.

SpaceX <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/24/06/39226248/elon-musk-outlines-future-starship-goals-after-successful-fourth-flight-test">last launched Starship</a> in the first half of June. During the test, the two stages of the vehicle &#8211; the Starship spacecraft and the Super Heavy booster &#8211; separated and the booster subsequently had a soft splashdown in the Gulf of Mexico.
The spacecraft ignited its engines and went into space, made a controlled re-entry to Earth, and had a soft splashdown in the Indian Ocean. The entire flight lasted one hour and six minutes from launch. The key object of the flight was to re-enter Earth and the mission achieved it while withstanding damage to the vehicle.
The flights before accomplished less. While the spacecraft failed to reach space in the first flight, it reached space and exploded in the second test flight. During the third flight test, the spacecraft broke apart when re-entering Earth's atmosphere from space.
