Strike founder Jack Mallers, who has helped with other <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cryptocurrency/21/07/21984141/nfls-saquon-barkley-to-take-100-of-endorsement-money-in-bitcoin">Bitcoin deals for athletes</a>, took to social media to share his excitement for the deal.
"Bitcoin is more than a new technology. Bitcoin is a cultural phenomenon. An idea and a movement that's time has come. Excited to work with @mataitagoai and more athletes around the world that want to keep the wealth they earn and inspire new generations to sue better money," Mallers tweeted.
A four-star recruit and top-100 recruit nationwide, the linebacker is expected to be a key to USC Football next season. Tagoa'i picked USC over other top schools he was considering including Oklahoma, Texas, Texas A&amp;M and Washington.
USC finished with a 6-6 record in the 2024 NCAA Football season, including a 4-5 record in the Big Ten Conference, its first in the conference.

Another ETF that mimics a hedge fund, the iMGP DBi Managed Futures Strategy ETF (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/DBMF#NYSE">DBMF</a>) (ER= 0.85%) &#8220;<a href="https://imgpfunds.com/im-dbi-managed-futures-strategy-etf/">seeks</a> to replicate the pre-fee performance of leading managed futures hedge funds and outperform through fee/expense disintermediation.&#8221; The ETF is part of the iMGP Funds portfolio.



DBMF began in 2022 with just $60 million in assets, but now boasts more than $834 billion in assets under management. Along the same lines, the First Trust Managed Futures Strategy ETF (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/FMF#NYSE">FMF</a>) (ER = 0.95%) with $162 million in assets, and the Simplify Managed Futures Strategy ETF (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/CTA#NYSE">CTA</a>) (ER = 0.78%) with $159 million AUM are all attracting institutional money now.



The KFA Mount Lucas Managed Futures Index Strategy ETF (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/KMLM#NYSE">KMLM</a>) (ER = 0.90%) is another hedge fund strategy mimicking investment vehicle which has been quick to garner $295 million in AUM. 	Another relative newcomer to this space is the First Trust Morningstar Managed Futures Strategy Fund (NYSE: <a class="ticker" href="/stock/fmf#NYSE">FMF</a>). This ETF is an actively managed fund that seeks to provide returns in excess of the Morningstar Diversified Futures Index. It invests in long and short positions in currency, commodity and equity futures contracts according to the managers&rsquo; selection criteria.&nbsp;

	FMF differentiates itself from WDTI by including equity futures in its holdings and excluding treasury securities.&nbsp; However, it charges a similar expense ratio of 0.95 percent.

	The underlying strategy implemented in FMF is to try and capture the momentum (both up and down) of these various asset classes, by using historical trends and research.&nbsp; The goal is to reduce volatility by providing a diversified portfolio of holdings that will offset downside risks.
