Full-size truck and SUV owners demand uncompromised power and durability and prioritize capability, practicality and performance. STLA Frame platform is designed to deliver class-leading range of up to 690 miles/1,100 km with the REEV and 500 miles/800 km in BEV, a maximum towing capacity of 14,000 pounds (6,350 kg) and a payload rating of 2,700 pounds (1,224 kg). Additionally, the platform supports water fording up to 24 inches (610 mm), making it ready for challenging environments and diverse use cases.
Intended to underpin Stellantis full-size pickup trucks, light commercial vehicles and SUVs, STLA Frame vehicles will initially be offered with an innovative propulsion lineup, including a full BEV system and a range-extended electric vehicle (REEV) configuration. STLA Frame can also accommodate internal combustion, hybrid and hydrogen propulsion systems in the future.
The REEV system, which combines a battery, front and rear electric drive modules (EDMs), on-board generator and internal combustion engine, allows drivers to haul or tow heavy loads over extended distance without sacrificing range. What Happened: Pompliano was asked how Trump can make a difference for the cryptocurrency sector during a discussion at the 2024<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/digital-assets"> Benzinga Future of Digital Assets </a>event on Nov. 19.
The investor and entrepreneur didn't hold back with commentary on how positive the Trump administration could be for the cryptocurrency and with his suggestion to make an initial mark felt worldwide.
"It's not about individual policy, it's about the signal that we're changing regimes. The new regime is pro-Bitcoin," Pompliano said.
Pompliano said he has an upcoming piece coming out that will call on the U.S. to buy $250 billion in Bitcoin on day one of the new administration. The investor said in order to make the purchase, the country could print the money.
With the purchase, and around 200,000 Bitcoin already owned, the U.S. would become the largest holder in the world.
Pompliano said the $250 billion amount may sound like a lot, but it's a "rounding error" compared to the hundreds of billions of debt added to the national debt.
"Protect our future, it's such a no brainer."
Advocating against the Bitcoin strategic reserve could represent being against the growth of the U.S., Pompliano added.

The Phase 3 trial met its dual primary pharmacokinetic (PK) endpoints.
Specifically, subcutaneous pembrolizumab administered every six weeks with chemotherapy demonstrated noninferiority of Area Under the Curve (AUC) exposure of pembrolizumab during the first dosing cycle, and trough concentration (Ctrough) of pembrolizumab measured at steady state, compared to IV Keytruda administered every six weeks in combination with chemotherapy.
Additionally, secondary efficacy and safety endpoints were generally consistent for subcutaneous pembrolizumab administered with chemotherapy compared with IV Keytruda administered with chemotherapy.
These results and those from ongoing analyses will be presented at an upcoming medical meeting and shared with regulatory authorities worldwide.
In addition to the Phase 3 MK-3475A-D77 trial, Merck&#8217;s subcutaneous pembrolizumab clinical development program includes the Phase 3 MK-3475A-F84 trial evaluating subcutaneous pembrolizumab administered alone compared to IV Keytruda for the first-line treatment of patients with metastatic NSCLC whose tumors have high PD-L1 expression, as well as the Phase 2 MK-3475A-F65 trial evaluating subcutaneous pembrolizumab administered alone in relapsed or refractory classical Hodgkin lymphoma and primary mediastinal large B-cell lymphoma.
Merck is also conducting a Phase 2 patient preference study, MK-3475A-F11, evaluating participant-reported preference for subcutaneous pembrolizumab compared to IV Keytruda.

"Let's say you need help. Remember, I took care of my mother and it cost me, like I said, $30,000 a month. $30,000 a month," Orman emphasized. "So, you're talking about, very possibly, for full-time help and everything – because good luck getting insurance and things to pay for it now – you're talking about maybe $300,000, $400,000 a year."
If that wasn't sobering enough, she added: "Now you have other expenses – food and everything. Let's just say you need another $100,000 a year to live. So now you're at $350,000 a year after taxes."

Orman's conclusion? "You might need $10 million, just so if you're making 5% on that money after tax, you'll be fine without touching your principal."

Airbus SE Chief Executive Officer Guillaume Faury said that hitting a goal of 770 aircraft deliveries this year will be a sprint over the final weeks as the planemaker pushes to reach an already reduced target.
"I've seen too many years where we had the last minute," Faury said in an interview in Brussels, where he was attending a conference. "It's a tough journey and we're a bit late compared to what we were expecting. 770 is still our reference and we're working against that reference, and hopefully it's going to work."

On Monday,&nbsp;Eli Lilly And Co (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/LLY#NYSE">LLY</a>)&nbsp;announced Phase 2 results for muvalaplin, an investigational once-daily, orally administered selective inhibitor of lipoprotein(a) [Lp(a)], a genetically inherited risk <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/24/11/n42047055/lillys-muvalaplin-lowered-lipoprotein-a-levels-in-adults-with-high-risk-for-cardiovascular-events-" rel="noreferrer noopener">factor for heart disease</a>.
In the U.S., about 20% of people, or approximately 63 million individuals, have high levels of Lp(a).
Elevated Lp(a) levels can double or even triple the risk of a heart attack and are associated with other cardiovascular issues.

The study demonstrated that muvalaplin significantly reduced elevated Lp(a) levels in adults, meeting its primary endpoint.
At the 12-week primary endpoint, muvalaplin (10 mg, 60 mg, and 240 mg) significantly reduced Lp(a) levels compared to placebo.
The placebo-adjusted reductions were up to 85.8% using an intact Lp(a) assay and up to 70.0% using an apo(a) assay.

<li>Specifically, the reductions were 47.6% (10 mg), 81.7% (60 mg) and 85.8% (240 mg) with the intact Lp(a) assay, and 40.4% (10 mg), 70.0% (60 mg) and 68.9% (240 mg) with the apo(a) assay.</li>

Muvalaplin also met secondary endpoints for all three tested doses (10 mg, 60 mg, and 240 mg).

<li>The three tested doses achieved statistical significance for Lp(a) thresholds, and the 60 mg and 240 mg doses also achieved statistical significance for apoB reductions.</li>
</ul>
These data also demonstrated:

<li>Using the intact Lp(a) assay, the percentage of participants achieving normal Lp(a) levels of less than 125 nmol/L at week 12 was 64.2% (10 mg), 95.9% (60 mg), and 96.7% (240 mg), compared to 6.0% in the placebo group.</li>
<li>Using the apo(a) assay, 38.9% (10 mg), 81.9% (60 mg), and 77.4% (240 mg) of participants achieved an Lp (a) level of less than 125 nmol/L, compared to 3.6% in the placebo group.</li>
<li>ApoB levels were reduced at all doses, with placebo-adjusted reductions of 8.9% (10 mg), 13.1% (60 mg) and 16.1% (240 mg).</li>
</ul>
Adverse events were similar in both the muvalaplin and placebo groups.

Microsoft wants the HarperCollins books for a model that it hasn't yet announced, according to the person, who asked not to be identified discussing plans that aren't public. The company isn't planning to use the content to generate new books without human authors, the person said. Microsoft declined to comment.

Additionally, TRP-8803 achieved steady and controlled blood levels, outperforming oral psilocybin formulations in terms of consistency.
Participants experienced a rapid onset of the psychedelic state, much faster than the typical one- to two-hour delay with oral psilocybin. "To have achieved these positive results from our Phase 1b for TRP-8803 study so quickly has exceeded all expectations," said Tryptamine CEO Jason Carroll.
<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Path To Phase 2</h3>
Armed with a robust proprietary dataset, Tryptamine is preparing to advance TRP-8803 to active patient studies. Phase 2 trials will target specific therapeutic indications, with planning already underway.
