As part of the company&rsquo;s international expansion strategy and pursuant to the Agreement, Ispire will exclusively distribute vaping products worldwide for Hempacco, using the company&rsquo;s existing vapor ecosystem, which generates more than $100 million in revenue annually.
Ispire will also oversee the manufacturing and quality control of Hempacco&rsquo;s vaping hardware.&nbsp;

Green Globe Partners With Pelican Group To Rollout Hempboxes Nationwide

The Green Globe International, Inc. (<a class="ticker" href="/stock/ggii#">GGII</a>) board has, at a special board meeting, unanimously accepted the resignation of Steven Peacock as CEO and Managing Director. 
The board also agreed to begin a 90 day period of consolidation and planning. During this period, the board will invite two industry specialists into the company to act as interim CEO and interim Director. It is anticipated that the two positions will be announced over the coming weeks.

Green Globe International, Inc. (GGII) today announced that the company has ceased its equity investment in Village Green Global, Inc. at $237,500. 
Under a Co-Venture Reciprocal Licensing Agreement, Green Globe International was given the right to acquire up to $2,000,000 of Village Green's common stock, and the company completed several rounds of financing since June 2010.
