What Happened: Serve Robotics shares soared 187% on Friday after Nvidia revealed a 10% stake in the robotics company in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission last week. 
In a filing released late Thursday, Nvidia said it now owns 3,727,033 shares of Serve Robotics after it converted a&nbsp;promissory note from Serve Robotics into 1,050,129 shares of common stock in April.
Serve Robotics went public via reverse merger with Patricia Acquisition Corp. The autonomous sidewalk robots started delivering to Postmates customers in 2018, but when Uber acquired Postmates in 2020, the robotics division was spun out as Serve Robotics.

Plug Power said it will offer and sell 78,740,157 shares of its common stock at a public price of $2.54 per share. The company also granted its underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 11,811,023 shares. The offering is expected to close on or about July 22. 
Plug said it anticipates gross proceeds of approximately $200 million. The net proceeds from the offering are expected to be used for general corporate purposes. 
On Monday, Piper Sandler analyst Kashy Harrison maintained Plug Power with an <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/analyst-stock-ratings">Underweight rating</a> and lowered the price target from $2.50 to $2.40.
Despite the bearish analyst coverage, Plug Power shares are moving higher, likely rebounding from heavy losses on Friday. Plug shares also appear to be getting a boost from upward momentum across broader markets.

The company on Monday announced that its cannabis cultivation facility in Germany received the first new cannabis cultivation license issued under <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/24/07/g39879382/tilray-receives-first-new-cannabis-cultivation-license-in-germany-under-new-regulations">Germany&#8217;s new Cannabis Act</a>.
What To Know: Tilray said Aphria RX GmbH received&nbsp;the first new cannabis cultivation license issued under MedCanG. The license will allow Tilray&#8217;s German facility to cultivate and manufacture a broad commercial range of medical cannabis.
&#8220;We are thrilled to receive this license as it will provide greater access to some of the highest quality medical cannabis produced in Germany and enable us to expand the range of treatment options available to patients,&#8221; said Denise Faltischek, chief strategy officer and head of international for Tilray. 
&#8220;We appreciate the trust that the German Government has placed in Tilray, and we are proud of our team for their groundbreaking work in medical cannabis cultivation and patient care.&#8221;
Tilray said it strongly believes these developments will have a positive impact on the health and well-being of many patients in Germany.&nbsp;The company noted that the introduction of the German cannabis bill has led to a significant increase in the number of patients and prescribers for medical cannabis.
