Billy Joel&#8217;s movin&#8217; out – or rather, has moved out. The music icon, whose 1976 hit New York State Of Mind cemented his association with his home state, has listed his luxury waterfront estate in Centre Island, New York, for $49.9 million.
The Piano Man recently completed a five-year renovation on the sprawling 26-acre property, which contains four separate houses – the Main House, Beach House, guesthouse and Gate House – and sits on over 2,000 feet of private beachfront overlooking the Long Island Sound.

According to deed information, one of the homes was purchased for $29 million in the gated and guarded community off Spanish River Boulevard. The 15,000-square-foot residence sits on a corner lot with over an acre of land and 560 feet of waterfrontage on the Intracoastal Waterway. Joel also purchased a townhouse in Palm Beach and an equestrian property in Wellington.

Joel, who had both hips replaced in 2010, recently lost 50 lbs after suffering back surgery pain. Moving to warmer weather could help him avoid frigid New York winters as he ages.

This rally didn&rsquo;t come without any news. The catalyst behind it was Greenpro Capital announcing a new strategic partnership. This brings together Greenpro Capital, its subsidiary Green-X and Bank Islam Trust Company.

SciSparc notes that this patent covers the company&rsquo;s collaboration with Clearmind Medicine (NASDAQ:<a href="https://investorplace.com/stock-quotes/cmnd-stock-quote/">CMND</a>). This is a clinical-stage biotech company focused on psychedelic-derived therapeutics.



This patent covers the novel proprietary composition of Palmitoylethanolamide. This is the active ingredient in SciSparc&rsquo;s proprietary CannAmide. It&rsquo;s used alongside Clearmind Medicine&rsquo;s MEAI compound to treat metabolic syndrome and obesity.



Here&rsquo;s what SpcSparc had to say about the new patent.




&ldquo;Overall, as part of this collaboration, twelve other patent applications have been filed by Clearmind with the USPTO for various compositions, including the proprietary composition of SciSparc&rsquo;s PEA with Clearmind&rsquo;s MEAI compound for the treatments of alcohol use disorder, cocaine addiction and obesity and its related metabolic disorders.&rdquo;




<h2>What This Means for SPRC Stock</h2>



SciSparc could reach a large market with its obesity treatment. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (<a href="https://investorplace.com/stock-quotes/cdc-stock-quote/">CDC</a>) estimates that 41.9% of adults over the age of 20 are obese. This saw the market reach $15 billion in 2022.

Palantir Technologies (NYSE:<a href="https://investorplace.com/stock-quotes/pltr-stock-quote/">PLTR</a>) stock is in the news Tuesday as Mizuho analysts have issued a warning for the big data company&rsquo;s shares.



Mizuho analyst Gregg Moskowitz <a href="https://seekingalpha.com/news/4124573-palantir-slips-pre-market-following-ratings-downgrade-from-mizuho">downgraded PLTR stock</a> from a &ldquo;neutral&rdquo; rating to an &ldquo;underperform&rdquo; rating. To put that in perspective, the analysts&rsquo; consensus rating for PLTR is reduce based on 15 opinions.



Despite this downgrade, the Mizuho analyst did increase his price target for PLTR from $21 per share to $22 per share. This is a potential downside of 23.3% from the stock&rsquo;s prior closing price. It&rsquo;s also above the analysts&rsquo; consensus price prediction of $21.32 per share.



<h2>What&rsquo;s Behind the PLTR Stock Downgrade?</h2>



Here&rsquo;s what Moskowitz had to say about Palantir Technologies in a note to clients obtained by Seeking Alpha.




&ldquo;But primarily, following the material 67% rise in the shares YTD, we find it increasingly difficult to justify PLTR&rsquo;s high multiple (21x CY25E revenue) that, in our view, likely already discounts significant acceleration versus our consensus expectations for 20-21% revenue growth.&rdquo;




PLTR stock is down 2.3% as of Tuesday morning. The shares are up 68.9% since the start of the year.
