The Piano Man recently completed a five-year renovation on the sprawling 26-acre property, which contains four separate houses – the Main House, Beach House, guesthouse and Gate House – and sits on over 2,000 feet of private beachfront overlooking the Long Island Sound.

The 15,000-square-foot residence sits on a corner lot with over an acre of land and 560 feet of waterfrontage on the Intracoastal Waterway. Joel also purchased a townhouse in Palm Beach and an equestrian property in Wellington.

Billy Joel's No Longer In A New York State Of Mind. Music Legend Lists Long Island Manse And Settles In Florida

Zillow Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/Z#NASDAQ">Z</a>) shares are trading higher after Wedbush upgraded the stock from Neutral to Outperform and <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/Z/analyst-ratings" rel="noreferrer noopener">raised its price target from $50 to $80</a>.



The analyst Jay McCanless writes they see a potential boost from lower mortgage rates for Zillow&#8217;s core brokerage business.



The S&amp;S revenues, included in the Residential revenue line, have contributed to faster revenue growth compared to the national existing home market in recent quarters, adds the analyst.



McCanless maintained third-quarter estimates, which are at the high end of Zillow&#8217;s guidance for AEBITDA and revenue, as lower rates may not benefit buyers until the fourth quarter.

For FY25, the analyst raised the revenue estimate to $2.5 billion from $2.4 billion and AEBITDA estimate to $679 million from $600 million.



Segment-wise, the analyst increased FY25 growth estimates for Residential revenue to 17% and Rental revenue to 10%, driven by strong rental demand and high construction activity.



On the other hand, McCanless lowered the FY25 opex/sales target to 77% due to higher revenue.



Mortgage revenue is projected to grow 5% year-over-year, though upside risk remains if Residential revenue grows as expected, adds the analyst.

The Chinese game live-streaming platform's&nbsp;<a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/calendars/earnings" rel="noreferrer noopener">adjusted earnings per ADS</a><a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/calendars/earnings" rel="noreferrer noopener">&nbsp;</a><a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/calendars/earnings" rel="noreferrer noopener">was $0.05</a>.&nbsp;



Live streaming revenues declined to 1.26 billion Chinese yuan ($174.6 million) from 1.86 billion Chinese yuan in the prior-year quarter, owing to the soft macro and industry environment and proactive business adjustments.



Meanwhile, game-related services, advertising&nbsp;and other&nbsp;revenues&nbsp;(formerly known as advertising and other revenues) increased by 137.6%&nbsp;Y/Y&nbsp;to $33.7 million,&nbsp;led by&nbsp;game advertising and distribution revenue growth.



The average mobile MAUs&nbsp;of Huya Live&nbsp;for the first quarter of 2024 was 82.6 million, compared with 82.1 million for the same period of 2023.



Paying users on Huya Live increased Q/Q, rising to 4.4 million, reflecting a&nbsp;strong&nbsp;base of high-value gamer users.



The gross margin was 14.7% for the quarter&nbsp;vs. 13.7%, mainly due to lower revenue sharing fees and content costs&nbsp;ratio.



As of March 31, 2024, the company had cash and cash equivalents, short-term and long-term deposits&nbsp;of $1.30 billion.
