What Happened: The FDA&#8217;s decision makes Zepbound the first approved drug treatment for patients with obesity and moderate-to-severe obstructive sleep apnea, or OSA.

Seacrest – with a net worth of around $500 million – has been as busy buying and selling California real estate as he has presenting. He listed a Napa Valley estate for $22 million in July and sold a Beverly Hills home for $51 million to tech billionaire Brian Long in 2022.
