Lendlease's business comprises three segments: development, investments, and construction, and going forward, the main focus will be Australia. The group sells stakes in mature projects to its funds management clients. This sacrifices development profit, in return for management fees, reduced risk, and capital to accelerate new projects in the pipeline. Construction generates large revenues but slim margins. This business is largely retained to preserve expertise and scale for the development business. Lendlease sold its engineering and services business during the pandemic, but retains some risks, notably the Melbourne Metro project. It is also exiting its retirement living and Australian communities businesses.

Lend Lease Group (OTC: <a class="ticker" href="/stock/llesy#OTC">LLESY</a>) reported a 25% rise in its profit in the six months through December. 
Lend Lease's net profit for the first half climbed to 315.6 million Australian dollars (US$247.6 million), compared to A$251.6 million, in the year-ago period. 
Its revenue declined 9.4% to A$5.9 billion from A$6.51 billion.
Lend Lease also announced its plans to pay an interim dividend of 27 Australian cents a stapled security, versus 22 cents a year ago.

Lend Lease Group (OTC: <a class="ticker" href="/stock/llesy#OTC">LLESY</a>) reported a 50% rise in its earnings for the full year boosted by the sale of shopping mall in England. The company also raised its dividend payout.
The Australia company posted a net profit of 822.9 million Australian dollars (US$766.5 million) in the 12 months, versus a year-ago profit of A$549 million.
Its revenue climbed 5.9% to A$13.94 billion compared to A$13.16 billion. In late June, Lend Lease Group expected a profit of A$810 million to A$830 million.
The company lifted its final dividend to 49¢ from 42¢.
Lend Lease Chief Executive and Managing Director Steve McCann said, "The group has an estimated development pipeline end value of $37.7 billion up $300 million, a construction backlog revenue of $16.2 billion and funds under management of $16.3 billion, up 9 per cent, which gives us a solid base for the coming years."
Lend Lease Group shares gained 0.78% to close at $12.91 yesterday.

Lend Lease Group (OTC: <a class="ticker" href="/stock/llesy#OTC">LLESY</a>) posted a 3.8% drop in its first half profit. 

Lend Lease's profit for the period declined to A$217.8 million. Its revenue surged 34% to A$5.79 billion. 

Lend Lease reported an interim distribution of 16 cents per security, versus 20 cents per security, in the year-ago period.

Lend Lease Group (OTC: LLESY) reported a 43% rise in its full-year net profit.

Lend Lease's net profit for the period surged to A$492.8 million, from A$345.6 million, in the earlier year. Its revenue dropped 15% to A$9.01 billion from A$10.57 billion. 

Lend Lease declared a final dividend of 15 cents per share.
