The analyst expects Nvidia&#8217;s superior gaming and server acceleration positioning and AI to support structural fundamental growth and stock outperformance. Stein noted that Analog Devices is capitalizing on sound organic investments and creating a better future with M&amp;A, including accelerating sales growth and improving expense efficiencies.
After a series of stumbles, Intel lost its leadership positions in semiconductor manufacturing process technology to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/TSM#NYSE">TSM</a>) and CPU performance to AMD. 
The company recently established a clear goal to regain process and product leadership. Currently, and over the next few years, the company&#8217;s competitive position, margins, and cash flows have subsided.
On Semiconductor is in the middle to late innings of a significant transformation. The changes are rooted in shifting to an &#8220;IP-first&#8221; strategy from a &#8220;manufacturing-first&#8221; strategy. Unfortunately, the company is experiencing a substantial shortfall in demand that mutes Stein&#8217;s optimism in the near to medium term.

Fashion company Capri Holdings Ltd (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/CPRI#NYSE">CPRI</a>) shares are trading higher on Friday. Italian luxury fashion brand Prada is said to be among the potential buyers exploring a bid for Versace, the renowned fashion group currently <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/25/01/42824409/sentiment-for-capri-holdings-has-turned-too-negative-this-analyst-notes-3-ways-to-win">up for sale by Capri.</a>
Prada is working with Citigroup Inc (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/C#NYSE">C</a>) to assess the feasibility of a possible acquisition, according to a report from Reuters.
The move comes after the Federal Trade Commission has launched a lawsuit to halt <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/equities/24/04/38382351/ftc-files-lawsuit-to-block-8-5b-merger-of-coach-and-versace-handbag-makers">the $8.5 billion acquisition</a> of Capri by Tapestry Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/TPR#NYSE">TPR</a>). Both companies decided to mutually end their merger agreement, citing uncertainties in the legal process and the expectation that it would not be resolved by the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/buybacks/24/11/41971497/tapestry-and-capri-call-off-8-5b-deal-amid-legal-hurdles">Feb. 10, 2025 deadline</a>.

Since then Capri has been exploring potential buyers for its Versace and Jimmy Choo brands and was said to have created a data room containing confidential details about the businesses for prospective buyers, with the goal of gauging interest <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/24/12/42513221/capri-holdings-stock-climbs-on-report-of-potential-sale-of-versace-jimmy-choo">before the holiday season</a>.
Capri is the parent company for fashion brands like Versace, Jimmy Choo, and Michael Kors.
The company reported a 16.4% decline in its second-quarter FY25 revenue with Versace&#8217;s decreasing 28.2%, impacted by softening global demand for <a href="https://www.capriholdings.com/news-releases/news-releases-details/2024/Capri-Holdings-Limited-Announces-Second-Quarter-Fiscal-2025-Results-b3d8ee77e/default.aspx">fashion luxury goods</a>.
Prada, on the other hand, posted a revenue of €3.829 billion for the nine months ending on <a href="https://www.pradagroup.com/content/dam/pradagroup/documents/investors/9M-2024/24.10.30_Prada_Group_Q3-24_Results_Press_Release.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Sep. 30, 2024, an 18% increase</a>.
Price Action: CPRI shares were up 9.5% at $23.56 at last check Friday.

On Friday, Dyne Therapeutics, Inc.&nbsp;(NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/DYN#NASDAQ">DYN</a>) revealed new data from its ongoing Phase 1/2 ACHIEVE trial of DYNE-101 in patients with <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/01/g42908297/dyne-therapeutics-reports-new-clinical-data-showing-compelling-impact-on-multiple-measures-of-myot" rel="noreferrer noopener">myotonic dystrophy type 1 (DM1)</a>.
Dyne plans to begin a global Registrational Expansion Cohort with the potential to support a submission for U.S. Accelerated Approval based on biomarker and functional data in H1 2026.

Dyne reported efficacy data from adult DM1 patients enrolled in the randomized, placebo-controlled MAD portion of the DYNE-101 ACHIEVE trial, including data from the 6.8 mg/kg Q8W cohort (n=8) at up to 6 months.
At the 6.8 mg/kg Q8W dose, DYNE-101 resulted in significant splicing correction at 3 months compared to baseline, which was associated with progress in multiple functional endpoints, beginning at 3 months and continuing at 6 months.

<li>Analysis of muscle biopsy data for the 6.8 mg/kg Q8W cohort showed a substantial knockdown of Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics (DMPK) (DYNE-101 molecular target) RNA levels. Splicing correction at 3 months for the 6.8 mg/kg Q8W cohort was robust. It was associated with improvement in multiple functional endpoints, supporting CASI-22 at 3 months as a surrogate endpoint for potential U.S. Accelerated Approval.</li>
<li>Early and sustained improvement in myotonia as measured by video hand opening time (vHOT) was seen in the 6.8 mg/kg Q8W cohort and at low doses with modest splicing correction, deepening with more time on the drug.</li>
<li>Functional measures showed early and sustained clinical benefit at the 6.8 mg/kg Q8W dose.</li>
</ul>
Dyne also reported safety and tolerability data from 56 patients. Most of the treatment-emergent adverse events were mild or moderate, and no related serious treatment-emergent adverse events have been identified.
Based on previous dialogue with the FDA&#8217;s Center for Drug Evaluation and Research division, Dyne continues to pursue accelerated approval in the U.S. based on splicing as a surrogate endpoint.
Dyne anticipates completing enrollment in the Registrational Expansion Cohort in mid-2025 and submitting for U.S. Accelerated Approval in H1 2026.
Price Action: DYN stock is down 35.3% at $14.91 at last check Friday.
