Powerwall is a powerful home battery that stores solar energy for use when the grid goes down. The company has previously said that it has the capacity to&nbsp;<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/24/08/40145508/tesla-says-it-can-make-one-powerwall-3-every-25-seconds-ceo-elon-musk-terms-it-a-great-product" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">build a Powerwall 3- the latest iteration of the product- every 25 seconds</a>, or more than 700,000 units per year.
Tesla's gigafactory in Nevada makes electric motors, vehicle powertrains, and batteries in addition to energy storage products. The company is looking to expand the factory further with a 100 GWh 4680 cell factory and a high-volume Tesla Semi factory.

Tesla currently operates a Megafactory in Lathrop, California, capable of making 10,000 Megapack units in a year. The company is also putting up a Megafactory in Shanghai which it expects to start shipping Megapacks in the first quarter of 2025.
For 2024, Tesla now expects to deploy more than twice the energy storage deployed last year, or over 29.4 GWh of energy storage.

What Happened: Apple's device, codenamed J490, can control appliances, handle video calls, and leverage AI to navigate apps.
The device is expected to be announced as early as March and will serve as a home command center, <a href="https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2024-11-12/apple-home-hub-detailed-apple-intelligence-homeos-square-ipad-like-design">reported</a> Bloomberg, citing people with knowledge of the effort.
Available in silver and black, it features a 6-inch screen, camera, rechargeable battery, and speakers.
It also combines Apple Watch and iPhone StandBy modes with Siri and Apple Intelligence as the primary interface.

Apple's New AI Wall Tablet With Siri And Video Calling Set To Challenge Amazon And Google In Smart Home Race

The Indigenous Cannabis Industry Association (ICIA) announced the agenda for its third annual National Indigenous Cannabis Policy Summit &#8211; the first gathering of cannabis advocates in Washington, D.C. following the 2024 election.
Hosted by ICIA, the summit will take place November 13-15 in Washington D.C. and will bring together Tribal leaders, elected and government officials, businesses, healthcare professionals as well as veterans and advocacy groups. The intention is to seek solutions to the most pressing cannabis-related challenges and opportunities facing Indigenous communities. 
The conference includes educational opportunities hosted by Judge Mary Celeste of Denver, Dr. Sherman Hom, Dr. Joseph Rosado of International Medical Consultants, Shinnecock Nation tribal member Chenae Bullock, chairman Mike Fairbanks of the White Earth Reservation and more.
"This is a pivotal time for making change in the cannabis industry and creating sustainable opportunities for Indigenous communities," stated Rob Pero, founder of the ICIA and Wisconsin-based hemp company Canndigenous. "We're proud to use this platform to amplify some of the movement's most prominent voices, laying the groundwork for a more equitable future of cannabis policy."
Educational panels will also cover industrial hemp, including discussions on building with hempcrete, regulatory needs, and sustainable practices for long-term growth in the cannabis and hemp industries. Tribal leaders, healthcare professionals, and advocacy groups will participate, aiming to create actionable policy recommendations for the incoming federal administration.

Sessions will address critical topics like the legal framework of hemp derivatives (CBD, Delta-8), health risks from improper cannabis cultivation and the connection between PTSD and endocannabinoid deficiency.
"The Summit isn't only about increasing accessibility to plant medicine, although that is a very important topic of discussion for this year's conference, which will be the largest convening of cannabis policy advocates in D.C. post-election," Pero said "We will also discuss longer term environmental sustainable practices that position Indigenous communities to diversify within an industry that is already federally legal and growing exponentially. The conference will discuss the plant as a whole, and help bring the conversation into context with actionable steps and case studies."
Other areas of exploration during the summit will include applying practical lessons from the gaming industry to the cannabis industry, the implications of cannabis rescheduling for business owners and patients, using data to drive policy and much more.

The halt in the rally affected bullish leveraged traders, as nearly $550 million in long positions were wiped out in the last 24 hours.
The overheated market cooled down as funding rates across major exchanges dropped sharply, though long-position traders still maintained their dominance.
The "Extreme Greed" sentiment intensified as the reading on the Cryptocurrency Fear and Greed Index rose from 80 to 84.

The global cryptocurrency market capitalization stood at $2.95 trillion, following a marginal increase of 0.26% in the last 24 hours.
Stocks also took a break from their election rally. The Dow Jones Industrial Average plunged 382.15 points, or 0.86%, to close at 43,910.98. The S&amp;P 500 lost 0.29% to end at 5,983.99, while the tech-focused Nasdaq Composite dropped 0.09% to close at 19,298.76.
The pullback comes a day after the three indexes closed at record highs on Monday, riding high on Trump's presidential victory.
Investors were likely to shift their focus to key inflation numbers due this week, including the consumer price index (CPI) slated for Wednesday and the producer price index (PPI) for Thursday.

Analyst Notes: Arthur Azizov, CEO of cryptocurrency payment provider B2BINPAY, said in a note to Benzinga,
"Given the 32% increase over the past week, it's typical for a healthy market to see some retracement, usually around 50% of such an upward move, especially if the price is to avoid reverting fully to its previous range."
That said, Azizov was confident of continued growth in Bitcoin, given broader investor enthusiasm and interest in exchange-traded funds, as well as the incoming administration's economic policies.
Influential cryptocurrency analyst Michaël van de Poppe deemed Bitcoin's small correction as normal and attributed it to the market's volatility.
He encouraged his followers to buy the dips and continue to HODL their altcoins. "The rewards will be there."&nbsp;

Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/AMZN#NASDAQ">AMZN</a>) confirmed a vendor data breach exposing employee contact information, linking the company to the widening MOVEit hack.
What Happened: Amazon confirmed a data breach at one of its property management vendors that exposed the email addresses,&nbsp;phone numbers, and building locations&nbsp;of company employees, <a href="https://www.theverge.com/2024/11/11/24293817/amazon-employee-emails-phone-numbers-moveit-data-breach">reported</a> The Verge.
The exact number of affected employees is unclear, but a screenshot from the hacking forum shows over 2.8 million lines in the alleged Amazon dataset.
Amazon spokesperson Adam Montgomery confirmed the company was notified of a security event impacting multiple customers, including Amazon.

Cybercrime firm Hudson Rock first reported the breach, revealing that data from Amazon and 25 other entities—such as MetLife, HP, HSBC, and Canada Post—was exposed.
The leaked data, dating back to May 2023, stems from a vulnerability in the MOVEit file transfer system, affecting Amazon and other organizations like the BBC, British Airways, Sony, and the U.S. Department of Energy.
In an emailed statement to Benzinga, Amazon said that the vendor has fixed the &#8220;security vulnerability responsible for the event.&#8221;
The company also underscored that only employee contact information was impacted since the impacted vendor does not receive sensitive information like Social Security numbers.
