Piper Sandler analyst Arvind Ramnani upgraded the shares of Clearwater Analytics Holdings Inc (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/CWAN#NYSE">CWAN</a>) from Neutral to Overweight and raised the <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/CWAN/analyst-ratings" rel="noreferrer noopener">price forecast from $28.00 to $36.00.</a>
CWAN delivered strong fourth-quarter results, with revenue of $126.5 million, exceeding the Street&#8217;s forecast of $120.3 million, reflecting a 27.7% year-over-year increase compared to the <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/02/b43830357/clearwater-analytics-announces-fourth-quarter-and-full-year-2024-financial-results" rel="noreferrer noopener">Street&#8217;s expectation of 21.5% growth.</a>
The analyst noted that CWAN&#8217;s fourth-quarter performance surpassed expectations in both revenue and margins. The 25% growth in ARR was driven by an NRR of 116%, reflecting a positive increase from the 114% NRR in the third quarter and ahead of the FY25 exit target of 115%.
Adjusted EBITDA also surpassed expectations, exceeding the $38.5 million estimate by $3.2 million, resulting in a 33.0% margin with $41.7 million for fourth-quarter FY24.
Non-GAAP EPS of $0.13 was slightly ahead of consensus, marking a $0.01 increase from the previous quarter and a $0.03 rise from the same period last year.
The Enfusion acquisition is expected to finalize in the second-quarter, at which point the analyst will adjust estimates to reflect the combined company&#8217;s performance.

The analyst sees the merger of the companies presenting a strong value opportunity to increase wallet share with current clients and boost win rates with new prospects.
In the analyst&#8217;s opinion, the expanded range of services strengthens CWAN&#8217;s competitive edge, creates more cross-selling and upselling possibilities, and leads to cost synergies.
For FY25, the company provided revenue guidance of $535.5 million to $542 million (around 19%-20% year-over-year growth), compared to the Street&#8217;s projection of $533.3 million (+18.0% growth).
Annual adjusted EBITDA guidance was set at $182 million to $185 million (approximately a 34% margin), surpassing the consensus estimate of $180.2 million (33.8% margin).
Although Clearwater&#8217;s preliminary FY25 guidance slightly exceeds current consensus, the analyst views these initial projections as conservative.
The analyst&#8217;s raised $36 price forecast is based on 14x CY26 revenue estimate of $651 million (from 13x the analyst&#8217;s previous CY25 revenue estimate of $535 million).
Price Action: CWAN shares traded higher by 12% at $30.29 at last check Thursday.

The Board of Directors of The Coca-Cola Company today approved the company's 63rd consecutive annual dividend increase, raising the quarterly dividend approximately 5.2% from 48.5 cents to 51 cents per common share.
The quarterly dividend is equivalent to an annual dividend of $2.04 per share, up from $1.94 per share in 2024. The first quarter dividend is payable April 1 to shareowners of record as of March 14.
The company returned $8.4 billion in dividends to shareowners in 2024, bringing the total amount of dividends paid to shareowners since Jan. 1, 2010, to $93.1 billion.

Ferrari N.V. Financial technology company Block Inc (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/XYZ#NYSE">XYZ</a>) could highlight its growth across several sectors along with its place in the cryptocurrency ecosystem when the company reports fourth-quarter financial results Thursday <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/XYZ/earnings">after market close.</a>
Earnings Estimates: Analysts expect Block to report fourth-quarter revenue of $6.29 billion, up from $5.77 billion in last year's fourth quarter.
The company missed analyst revenue estimates in the last two straight quarters, but has beaten estimates in eight of the last 10 quarters.
Analysts expect the company to report fourth-quarter earnings per share of 87 cents, up from 45 cents per share in last year's fourth quarter. The company has beaten analyst estimates for earnings per share in three straight quarters and eight of the last 10 quarters overall.
What Analysts Are Saying: The resurgence of Bitcoin (CRYPTO: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/btc/usd">BTC</a>) could be a positive narrative for Block, RBC Capital analyst Daniel Perlin said in a new investor note.
The analyst has an Outperform rating and $110 price target ahead of fourth-quarter earnings.
"Given the resurgence in investor interest in bitcoin and the expectation for regulatory clarity, we believe that XYZ's 4Q24 results will include increased commentary regarding it leaning more into its bitcoin strategy," Perlin said.
The analyst said this could include comments on the company's crypto mining and wallets efforts along with commerce use cases.
"We believe the increased commentary combined with a positive narrative will drive investor interest, who will begin the bake more than just its core Cash App and Square businesses into the stock's valuation."
The analyst highlighted Block's 8,363 reported held bitcoin at the end of the third quarter along with incremental bitcoin purchases that could total around $781 million in holdings at the end of the fourth quarter.
Block's push into bitcoin mining could highlight the company's technological expertise and growth in the cryptocurrency ecosystem, Perlin added.
"The bitcoin narrative has more substance now. While positive for the stock, we don't see bitcoin sales as the reason to buy XYZ. What we do see as a more legitimate reason is the belief that longer-term, Block will leverage its two-sided network and integration with the Lightning Network to be the facilitator of bitcoin's commerce use case."
The analyst said Block will operate in several crypto sectors where there are only a handful of competitors.
The analyst views President Donald Trump's pro-crypto stance as positive for Block. The president has appointed several crypto advocates to notable financial roles in the White House administration.
"We believe that regulatory momentum has no reason to slow, which could lead to a greater level of bitcoin's integration into traditional financial services and commerce."
Bank of America analyst Jason Kupferberg recently named Block as a top Payments pick for 2025. The analyst has a Buy rating and a $115 price target.
Kupferberg said Block has the potential to outperform thanks to a favorable macro backdrop and growth in the company's Square gross payments volume.
The analyst said Block will likely achieve the Rule of 40, or revenue growth and profit margin added together, equaling 40 or more, sooner than anticipated. Kupferberg predicts this could lead to Block being added to the S&amp;P 500.
XYZ Price Action: Block stock is down 1.3% to $82.78 on Thursday versus a 52-week trading range of $55.00 to $99.26. Block stock is up 25% over the last year.

Indivior Plc (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/INDV#NASDAQ">INDV</a>) stock plunged following the company&#8217;s fiscal year 2025 guidance that fell short of Street expectations.
Addiction and mental illnesses-focused Indivior reported fourth-quarter sales of $298 million, up 2% year over year, <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/earnings" rel="noreferrer noopener">beating the consensus</a> of $259.3 million.
The London-based healthcare firm <a target="_blank" href="https://www.indivior.com/resources/dam/id/1487/Indivior%20Q4%202024%20Financial%20Results%20-%20Final.pdf" rel="noreferrer noopener">reported</a> adjusted EPS of 32 cents, down from 43 a year ago, beating the consensus of 21 cents.
In the fourth quarter, adjusted operating profit remained unchanged at $66 million, while adjusted net income declined 33% year-over-year to $41 million.

Sales of Sublocade, its newer long-acting treatment for opioid use disorder, increased 10% year over year to $194 million, and U.S. units dispensed were approximately 161,400, up 13%.
Suboxone Film revenue declined in the fourth quarter due to increased generic competitive activity, resulting in an average share of 15.2% versus 18.4% a year ago.
Sales of Perseris, its schizophrenia drug, fell 25% to $9 million. As previously announced, Perseris&#8217; marketing and promotion have been discontinued.
In February, the FDA informed Indivior that, following acceptance of the proposed label for Sublocade, there were no outstanding items for the company to address, but the final review of the label was delayed.
Guidance: Indivior expects 2025 revenue of $955 million to $1.025 billion, versus a consensus of $1.09 billion, representing a 17% decline.
The company expects adjusted EBIT guidance of $185 million to $225 million. Sublocade sales are expected to reach $725 million to $765 million, down 1% year over year.
The guidance anticipates accelerated erosion in Suboxone sales, reflecting an increased generic competitive activity and the potential impact of a fifth buprenorphine/ naloxone sublingual film generic in the U.S. market.
Indivior is cutting over $100 million in costs, of which approximately $50 million will be reinvested in Sublocade and the opioid use disorder-focused pipeline. Over $50 million will help protect adjusted operating profit.

Wall Street analysts rerated Wix.com Ltd (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/WIX#NASDAQ">WIX</a>) after the company reported its <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/25/02/43812289/wix-q4-earnings-beats-estimates-raises-2025-outlook-ai-powered-expansion-and-market-share-gains" rel="noreferrer noopener">fourth-quarter results</a> Wednesday amid an exciting earnings season.
Wix.com reported revenue growth of 14%&nbsp;to $460.46 million, missing the&nbsp;analyst estimate of $461.75 million.&nbsp;Adjusted EPS of $1.93 beat the&nbsp;consensus estimate of $1.59.

Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Deepak Mathivanan maintained Wix.com with an Overweight and raised the <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/WIX/analyst-ratings" rel="noreferrer noopener">price target from&nbsp;$260&nbsp;to&nbsp;$270</a>.
Benchmark analyst Mark Zgutowicz reiterated Wix.com with a Buy and raised the price target from&nbsp;$250&nbsp;to&nbsp;$260.
Needham analyst Bernie McTernan maintained Wix.com with a Buy and raised the price target from&nbsp;$235&nbsp;to&nbsp;$250.
RBC Capital analyst Brad Erickson reiterated an Outperform on Wix.com with a price target of $245.
Cantor Fitzgerald: WIX reported fourth-quarter results with revenue in line and free cash flow above Street estimates by 2% (Visible Alpha).
Mathivanan highlighted Studio adoption reflected by its booking growth, momentum in Self Create supported by the rollout of new AI products—the company&#8217;s AI marketing agent has entered the rollout phase—and premium subscriptions led by pricing initiatives and tougher comp from B2B migrations in 2023.
The analyst noted that the company&#8217;s robust product pipeline in 2025 bodes well for top-line growth. Operating margins also have plenty of runway to expand nicely over the next few quarters. Mathivanan projected first-quarter revenue of $472.1 million and adjusted EPS of $1.30.
Benchmark: WIX&#8217;s first-quarter and fiscal 2025 outlook tempered concerns for difficult pricing-related bookings headwind comparisons starting in mid-first-quarter, as the entirety of the respective fiscal 2025 bookings and revenue miss were attributed to FX headwinds.
Notably, WIX&#8217;s fiscal 2025 free cash flow guidance incorporates adjusted opex as a percent of revenue between 47% and 48%, in line with targets set at its fiscal 2023 Investor Day.
Importantly, WIX has not assumed any revenue generation from new products within fiscal 2025 guidance, presenting a potential average revenue per subscription (ARPS) catalyst in the second half across both Self-Creators and Partners.
An underappreciated aspect of the free cash flow margin story remains the sustainable and eventually accretive revenue mix shift toward Partners. Notably, partners&#8217; revenue exhibits lower S&amp;M sensitivities than Self-Creator today, allowing rationalize Partners&#8217; (eventual) accretion potential and emerging automation-based efficiencies.
Regarding WIX&#8217;s top-of-funnel momentum, Zgutowicz is impressed with 75% of the 2M Studio account net adds since launch being net new Partner clients to WIX. Zgutowicz anticipated potential top-of-funnel Partner (Agency) deceleration, given difficult comparisons.
However, the analyst expects Studio to drive accelerative ARPS growth in the second half as Bookings materialize into revenue. Zgutowicz anticipates its new Partner subscribers will deliberately shift portions of workflow to Studio, providing a sustainable ARPS benefit over the medium-to-long term, with pricing power and product innovation at its disposal. Zgutowicz projected first-quarter revenue of $472 million.
Needham: WIX continues to be one of the best product-driven growth stories in McTernan&#8217;s coverage. However, the company&#8217;s reported fiscal 2025 growth is being impacted by FX and compared against a price increase from the prior year. WIX studio is driving many new developers/agencies to the platform, which should be of lasting benefit. 
On Self Creator, WIX is launching new products this year, which could re-accelerate revenue to double-digits, representing an upside to the analyst&#8217;s estimates. McTernan projected first-quarter revenue of $471 million and adjusted EPS of $1.73.
RBC Capital: WIX&#8217;s fourth-quarter print was somewhat mixed, with the main intrigue being the fiscal bookings guide below Street (in-line FX neutral), where expected second-half bookings acceleration implies the year will be more back-end weighted than Street forecasts.
Erickson rerated despite the stock&#8217;s firm run on further new product cycle optimism and rising potential to become a more fully-formed compounder/capital return story. Erickson projected first-quarter revenue of $471.2 million.
Price Action: WIX stock traded lower by 4.82% at $206.54 at last check Thursday.

Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy, known for his outspoken commentary, is calling for a sweeping &#8220;clean up&#8221; of the cryptocurrency space as the Stool Prisondente (CRYPTO: JAILSTOOL), is <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cryptocurrency/25/02/43643442/dave-portnoy-holds-millions-in-bitcoin-and-xrp-but-heres-why-he-concluded-his-heart-is-too">plummeting in value.</a>
In a post on X Thursday, Portnoy <a href="https://x.com/stoolpresidente/status/1892594369733206090">wrote</a>, "So manny scammers and liars out there. Let's clean this space up! Take out the trash. Together we can win. This is when it pays to be the cleanest man in crypto."
His remarks come just days after Jailstool's price dropped from 21 cents to 1 cent, wiping out millions of <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cryptocurrency/25/02/43636904/anthony-scaramucci-warns-meme-coins-create-market-contagion-fuel-bitcoin-skepticism">dollars of investor funds</a>, according to data from Dexscreener.
&#8220;Can we arrest the crybabies who are told not to risk more than they can lose and that Memecoins are a risk and then cry foul too?&#8221; he further said, in an apparent dig at retail investors, who lost funds investing in the meme coin.
While Portnoy insists he remains committed to the project, his role in its promotion has divided the crypto community.
<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Portnoy's Role In The Jailstool Crash</h3>
Portnoy claimed he had initially invested hundreds of thousands of dollars into Jailstool and publicly declared his support for the token. 
Even as prices tumbled, he insisted he was putting in more of his own money to prevent losses for other investors.
"The fact I'm still putting my own money into #Jailstool cause I don't want people losing money shows that my heart is too big for this stupid space," Portnoy posted on X.
Despite his claims of loyalty to the project, Jailstool's sharp decline has fueled accusations that his marketing efforts failed, leaving retail investors at a disadvantage.

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Market Reaction And Crypto Community Divisions</h3>
The crypto community remains split on Portnoy's role. 
Some believe he is genuinely backing the coin, while others argue his involvement has caused more harm than good.
Crypto analyst Stats pointed out that Jailstool has nearly returned to its pre-promotion price, raising concerns about the effectiveness of Portnoy's influence.
"His marketing plays didn't work out. People lost real money (which is 100% their own fault). But I think his credibility in this space is pretty ruined," Stats wrote.
Others, such as Kaleo, speculated that Portnoy may keep investing in Jailstool to salvage its price. They suggested that if he faces further losses, he may turn against meme coins altogether.
<h3 class="wp-block-heading">What's Next For Portnoy And Jailstool?</h3>
While Portnoy maintains that he could have cashed out for millions but chose not to, questions remain about his long-term involvement in crypto. 
His call to "clean up the space" has been met with skepticism, as many point to Jailstool's crash as an example of why stronger oversight is needed.

The company opened its fifth plant in Penang, enhancing its&nbsp;packaging and testing capabilities&nbsp;<a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/02/b43772718/ase-expands-its-chip-packaging-and-testing-facility-to-enable-next-gen-applications" rel="noreferrer noopener">in the Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone</a>.&nbsp;



This new facility is part of&nbsp;a&nbsp;strategic expansion plan&nbsp;that will increase&nbsp;ASE&#8217;s&nbsp;Malaysian&nbsp;operations from 1 million square feet to about 3.4 million square feet.



Notably, the site has enhanced operations with Industry 4.0 technologies and automation. The new plant uses AIoT to detect abnormalities, improve yield, and optimize production, boosting productivity and efficiency.

Tien Wu, CEO of ASE&nbsp;Inc, added,&nbsp;&#8220;Southeast Asia is increasingly becoming an important base for semiconductors, given its growing digital economy propelling the demand for advanced chips and its shift towards design and chip manufacturing in recent years.&#8221;



&#8221;With Malaysia solidifying its position as a regional semiconductor hub, we see our expanded facility playing an even greater role across the global semiconductor value chain and contributing to the&nbsp;country&#8217;s&nbsp;economic growth.&#8221;



This month, ASE Tech reported&nbsp;fourth-quarter&nbsp;earnings of 13 cents per ADS, missing the analyst consensus estimate of 15 cents&nbsp;and&nbsp;sales&nbsp;of $5.045 billion,&nbsp;which fell&nbsp;short&nbsp;<a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/02/n43683936/ase-technology-holding-co-ltd-reports-its-unaudited-consolidated-financial-results-for-the-fourth-" rel="noreferrer noopener">of the $5.590 billion estimate</a>.
