Numinus Wellness Inc. <h3 class="wp-block-heading">Tech Partnership To Redefine Mental Health Clinics</h3>
In addition to the sale, Numinus and Stella will collaborate on a data-sharing initiative to launch an innovative clinic management platform. By leveraging operational insights from Stella's 12 clinics, Numinus plans to develop a software solution designed to streamline clinic operations, enhance patient outcomes and support insurance reimbursement processes.
"This transaction marks an exciting new chapter in Numinus' strategy to reshape behavioral health care," said Payton Nyquvest, founder and CEO of Numinus. "Leveraging our expertise in patient care, we're now accelerating our mission by focusing on cutting-edge technology solutions. Through our partnership with Stella, we gain unprecedented access to operational data that will enable us to develop a SaaS (software as a service) solution to redefine how clinics operate."
<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Stella Takes Over Utah Operations</h3>
Stella, known for its focus on treating PTSD, anxiety and depression through biological modalities, will assume control of Numinus' Utah clinics. The acquisition includes an upfront payment of $2.08 million, followed by $750,000 in installments throughout 2025, and up to $700,000 in deferred compensation.
"Stella's expansion into Utah brings additional life-changing treatments to the community while supporting Numinus' broader tech initiatives," stated Michael Gershenzon, co-founder and CEO of Stella. "This partnership reflects our commitment to improving behavioral health systems and processes, ultimately enhancing patient care."
<h3 class="wp-block-heading">An Asset-Light Business Model With Enhanced Focus</h3>
With the sale of its clinics, Numinus will shift towards an asset-light model, focusing on its business units like Cedar Clinical Research and the Numinus Network. The strategy aims to integrate clinical research, practitioner training and technology solutions, supporting mental health providers worldwide. The move is part of a broader effort to ease the operational burdens faced by healthcare professionals, particularly as demand for treatments like <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/topic/ketamine-therapy">ketamine</a> and Spravato continues to rise.

Numinus Wellness Sells US Clinics, Partners With Stella For Tech-Driven Mental Health Solutions

President-elect Donald Trump has chosen former Representative Doug Collins (R-GA) to lead the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/cannabis">U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). </a>
The decision has sparked discussions about how the agency might handle medical cannabis issues, given his inconsistent track record on the issue, as <a href="https://www.marijuanamoment.net/trumps-pick-to-lead-va-voted-against-letting-agency-doctors-recommend-medical-marijuana-to-veterans-before-he-adopted-a-pro-reform-position/">reported</a> Marijuana Moment.
<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Collins' Record On Cannabis</h3>
During his time in Congress, Collins opposed efforts to expand access to medical cannabis for veterans. Between 2014 and 2016, he voted against three proposals that would have allowed VA doctors to recommend cannabis to their patients.

Collins' views began to shift in 2019. He supported the STATES Act, which would protect state marijuana programs from federal interference, and co-signed a letter with Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL), urging Congress to take action on cannabis policy. 
"We believe this Committee and this Congress must act to clarify the rights and responsibilities, relative to cannabis, of individuals, physicians, businesses, medical patients, and law enforcement officials," they wrote.
Later that year, Collins backed a bipartisan bill to protect banks that serve marijuana businesses in states where it is legal. However, he did not take part in a 2020 vote on federal cannabis legalization.
<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Collins' Stance On Psychedelics</h3>
When it comes to psychedelics, there isn't much known about Collins's stance. However, his shifting views on cannabis policy hint that he could be open to exploring different approaches.
<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Cannabis At The VA</h3>
VA policy has long prohibited its doctors from recommending cannabis, citing marijuana's classification as a Schedule I controlled substance under federal law. This stance has remained consistent across both Republican and Democratic administrations, despite growing support for change in Congress.
Recent efforts to address this issue include a Senate Appropriations Committee request for the VA to explore cannabis as an alternative to opioids. Lawmakers have also introduced measures that would allow VA doctors to recommend cannabis in states where it is legal. These efforts have gained bipartisan support, but none have yet become law.
Veterans service organizations have pushed for further reforms, including expanded research into the potential benefits of cannabis. Last year, a Senate committee approved a bill to study cannabis for veterans with certain medical conditions, but it failed to advance to a floor vote.

Nvidia (NASDAQ:<a href="https://investorplace.com/stock-quotes/nvda-stock-quote/">NVDA</a>) is still one of the top must-own <a href="https://investorplace.com/industries/technology/">tech stocks</a>. However, so are many of the top Nvidia partner stocks. Granted, the tech giant ran from a low of about $41 a share to a recent high of $1,164.37.&nbsp;&nbsp;All thanks to the unstoppable demand for artificial intelligence and explosive demand for its graphics processing units (GPUs). But there&rsquo;s still plenty of upside potential with its 10:1 split nearing.



Using its last traded price of $1,164.37, NVDA will trade at about $116 a share post-split. From there, it could easily see its shares rocket beyond $1,000 again in the next few months. Again, all thanks to a multi-billion-dollar AI boom that&rsquo;s not slowing any time soon.



However, it&rsquo;s not just NVDA you&rsquo;ll want to buy on the next leg up. You&rsquo;ll also want to own what we&rsquo;re referring to as Nvidia partner stocks. Here are three that could see considerable upside as they run along with Nvidia.



<h2>Advanced Micro Devices (AMD)</h2>

Now at $160, I&rsquo;d use the recent weakness as an opportunity, especially as it tries to take market share from Nvidia. AMD just&nbsp;unveiled its latest AI chips, intensifying that competition.



That includes the&nbsp;Instinct MI325X accelerators, which are planned for availability in the fourth quarter. All as the &ldquo;race to develop generative artificial intelligence programs has led to towering demand for the advanced chips used in AI data centers able to support these complex applications,&rdquo;&nbsp;<a href="https://www.reuters.com/technology/nvidia-says-its-next-generation-ai-chip-platform-be-rolled-out-2026-2024-06-02/">says Reuters</a>.



In addition, the company&nbsp;also introduced an upcoming series of chips titled MI350, which is expected to be available in 2025. AMD expects the MI350 to perform 35 times better in inference, the process of computing generative AI responses,&nbsp;<a href="https://www.fastcompany.com/91134766/amd-unveils-new-ai-chips-to-compete-with-nvidia">added AMD</a>.



Analysts at Jefferies also initiated coverage of AMD with a buy rating, with a price target of $190 a share. AMD even just replaced Nvidia on the Wolfe Research Alpha List.&nbsp;



<h2>Equinix (EQIX)</h2>

<a href="https://ca.finance.yahoo.com/news/reit-behind-nvidias-stunning-400-172719910.html">As noted by Benzinga.com</a>, &ldquo;Equinix&rsquo;s global network of interconnected data centers forms the backbone of digital business, enabling seamless data exchange and supporting the high-performance computing demands of NVIDIA&rsquo;s AI platforms.&rdquo;

After running from a low of about $475 to a high of about $904, the EQIX REIT has since pulled back to $764.68. From here, I&rsquo;d like to see it retest its prior high of nearly $904, and possibly push well above $1,000 near-term, especially with NVDA demands on the run. Helping, <a href="https://www.sahmcapital.com/news/content/barclays-maintains-equal-weight-on-equinix-raises-price-target-to-671-2024-05-30">Barclays&rsquo; analysts</a> just raised their price target on the REIT to $671 with an equal weight rating.&nbsp;



<h2>SoundHound AI (SOUN)</h2>

On news Nvidia invested $3.7 million into the stock, SOUN ran from about $1.65 to a high of $10.25. Now back to $4.93, SOUN is still a hot Nvidia-fueled opportunity.&nbsp;



Helping,&nbsp;analysts at&nbsp;<a href="https://seekingalpha.com/news/4088956-soundhound-ai-slips-cantor-fitzgerald-upgrades-following-recent-sell-off">Cantor Fitzgerald just upgraded</a>&nbsp;the artificial intelligence voice and speech recognition stock from an underweight rating, with a price target of $4.90. Plus, many of you may already be interacting with SOUN without knowing it.&nbsp;



Apple&nbsp;(NASDAQ:<a href="https://investorplace.com/stock-quotes/aapl-stock-quote/">AAPL</a>), for example, has integrated it into hardware devices.&nbsp;Alphabet&nbsp;(NASDAQ:<a href="https://investorplace.com/stock-quotes/goog-stock-quote/">GOOG</a>, NASDAQ:<a href="https://investorplace.com/stock-quotes/googl-stock-quote/">GOOGL</a>) uses speech applications with smart home devices. Netflix (NASDAQ:<a href="https://investorplace.com/stock-quotes/nflx-stock-quote/">NFLX</a>), Honda (NYSE:<a href="https://investorplace.com/stock-quotes/hmc-stock-quote/">HMC</a>), Pandora (OTCMKTS:<a href="https://investorplace.com/stock-quotes/pandy-stock-quote/">PANDY</a>), Square (NYSE:<a href="https://investorplace.com/stock-quotes/sq-stock-quote/">SQ</a>), and Mastercard (NYSE:<a href="https://investorplace.com/stock-quotes/ma-stock-quote/">MA</a>) use it, too.&nbsp;&nbsp;Restaurants like Jersey Mike&rsquo;s, Chipotle (NYSE:<a href="https://investorplace.com/stock-quotes/cmg-stock-quote/">CMG</a>), and Papa John&rsquo;s (NASDAQ:<a href="https://investorplace.com/stock-quotes/pzza-stock-quote/">PZZA</a>) are using it, too.

It may also have the same fiery potential we&rsquo;ve seen with other weight loss drug stocks.



Most recently, the company released Phase 2 data on its&nbsp;drug candidate pemvidutide, which showed that participants lost a mean of 15.6% of body weight at 48 weeks based on the highest dose tested.



Reportedly, <a href="https://seekingalpha.com/news/4118343-altimmune-jumps-13-phase-2-pemvidutide-results-obesity">the treatment also led to</a> &ldquo;better lean mass preservation compared to other marketed incretin mimetic medications, such as Novo Nordisk&rsquo;s (NYSE:<a href="https://investorplace.com/stock-quotes/nvo-stock-quote/">NVO</a>) Wegovy (semaglutide) and Eli Lilly&rsquo;s (NYSE:<a href="https://investorplace.com/stock-quotes/lly-stock-quote/">LLY</a>) Zepbound (tirzepatide).&rdquo;



After all, preservation of lean mass with weight loss is critical, says the company. If a person loses too much lean mass during weight loss, it can lead to severe medical outcomes, such as musculoskeletal issues and bone fractures.



That news alone could be a massive game changer for ALT.&nbsp;



<h2>Arcadium Lithium (ALTM)</h2>

First, lithium prices appear to be bottoming out. Next,&nbsp;analysts at&nbsp;Fastmarkets say demand for lithium in the U.S.&nbsp;could <a href="https://www.fastmarkets.com/insights/us-lithium-demand-to-grow-fastmarkets-provide-regional-price-transparency/#:~:text=Fastmarkets%20forecasts%20a%20significant%20growth,for%20the%20US%20and%20Europe.">grow by 487%</a> to 412,000 tons by the time 2030 rolls around. Should that happen, a shortage of supply coupled with explosive demand will lead to another massive spike in lithium. Third, we&rsquo;re just starting to see a pickup in electric vehicle (EV) demand, which will lead to an increase in lithium demand. And that will eventually lead to higher valuations for beaten-down <a href="https://investorplace.com/industries/energy/renewable-energy/battery/lithium/">lithium stocks</a>, like ALTM.



Additionally, analysts at RBC Capital just initiated a buy rating on the stock with a price target of $4, noting that ALTM &ldquo;will increase lithium carbonate equivalent production from 61K tons in 2023 to 142K tons in 2027, a five-year compound annual growth rate of 23%, resulting in earnings tripling over the period,&rdquo; <a href="https://seekingalpha.com/news/4119722-arcadium-lithium-started-at-outperform-at-rbc-driven-by-strong-production-growth">as noted by Seeking Alpha</a>.



<h2>Arcutis Biotherapeutics (ARQT)</h2>

That was just weeks ahead of a favorable Dec. 15 U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) ruling, which we used as our initial catalyst for buying the stock.&nbsp;&nbsp;Today, ARQT is up to $9.92, and it&rsquo;s still a buy.



Recent earnings were equally as impressive.&nbsp;



Its earnings per share loss of 32 cents beat by 41 cents. Meanwhile, revenue of $49.57 million &ndash; <a href="https://seekingalpha.com/pr/19725290-arcutis-announces-first-quarter-2024-financial-results-and-provides-business-update?hasComeFromMpArticle=false&amp;source=section%253Amain_content%257Cbutton%253Abody_link%257Cfirst_level_url%253Anews">up 1,682.4% year-over-year (YOY)</a> &ndash; beat by $34.43 million.&nbsp;Also, the company saw substantial growth with Zoryve (roflumilast) treatment for plaque psoriasis and seborrheic dermatitis. Revenue for that was $21.6 million, an increase of about 676% YOY.



Upcoming on July 7, the company has a <a href="https://investors.arcutis.com/news-releases/news-release-details/fda-accepts-arcutis-supplemental-new-drug-application">U.S. FDA PDUFA date for its Zoryve</a> cream as a potential treatment for atopic dermatitis. So far, all I know is that its supplemental news drug application (sNDA) on Zoryve is supported by three positive Phase 3 results.



<h2>XPeng (XPEV)</h2>

First, its X2 flying car just took its first flight at the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.techtimes.com/articles/305724/20240616/xpengs-aeroht-x2-flying-car-beijing-airport-maiden-flight.htm">Beijing Daxing International Airport</a>. Second, the&nbsp;company wants to commercialize flying cars by the end of the year.&nbsp;



And third,&nbsp;<a href="https://asia.nikkei.com/Business/China-tech/China-s-Guangzhou-to-invest-1.4bn-in-flying-car-infrastructure#:~:text=HONG%20KONG%20%2D%2D%20Guangzhou%20will,to%20speed%20up%20sluggish%20growth.">China&rsquo;s&nbsp;Guangzhou</a>&nbsp;will invest more than $1.4 billion by 2027 in the &ldquo;low-altitude economy,&rdquo; says&nbsp;Nikkei Asia. We also have to consider that China is providing substantial support to flying car companies.



In addition, XPEV EV growth has been impressive. In June, for example, the company delivered 10,668 Smart EVs, a 24% YOY jump. For the first half of the year, it&rsquo;s delivered 52,028 Smart EVs, a 26% YOY jump. Additionally,&nbsp;analysts at&nbsp;<a href="https://www.moomoo.com/news/post/38577168/daiwa-upgrades-xpeng-xpevus-to-buy-rating-raises-target-price">Daiwa recently upgraded the XPEV stock</a>&nbsp;to a buy rating with a price target of $11.&nbsp;



<h2>SoundHound AI (SOUN)</h2>

It also counts Nvidia as a major investor with its $3.7 million investment in the company. Even the investment arm of&nbsp;SoftBank&nbsp;(OTCMKTS:<a href="https://investorplace.com/stock-quotes/sftby-stock-quote/">SFTBY</a>) invested $2.3 million in the stock. Those investments are on the small side, but it says a lot that industry giants are jumping into the underappreciated name.



Apple&nbsp;(NASDAQ:<a href="https://investorplace.com/stock-quotes/aapl-stock-quote/">AAPL</a>) integrated its technology into hardware devices.&nbsp;Netflix&nbsp;(NASDAQ:<a href="https://investorplace.com/stock-quotes/nflx-stock-quote/">NFLX</a>),&nbsp;Honda&nbsp;(NYSE:<a href="https://investorplace.com/stock-quotes/hmc-stock-quote/">HMC</a>),&nbsp;Pandora&nbsp;(OTCMKTS:<a href="https://investorplace.com/stock-quotes/pandy-stock-quote/">PANDY</a>),&nbsp;Square&nbsp;(NYSE:<a href="https://investorplace.com/stock-quotes/sq-stock-quote/">SQ</a>) and&nbsp;Mastercard&nbsp;(NYSE:<a href="https://investorplace.com/stock-quotes/ma-stock-quote/">MA</a>) use it. Even restaurants like Jersey Mike&rsquo;s,&nbsp;Chipotle&nbsp;(NYSE:<a href="https://investorplace.com/stock-quotes/cmg-stock-quote/">CMG</a>), and&nbsp;Papa John&rsquo;s (NASDAQ:<a href="https://investorplace.com/stock-quotes/pzza-stock-quote/">PZZA</a>) are using the technology.



Plus, according to analysts at Wedbush, the company raised the low-end of its revenue&nbsp;guidance for the full year to $77 million from $65 million.&nbsp;



Also, the firm noted that the raise was indicative that SoundHound is &lsquo;well-positioned&rsquo; to capitalize on the demand for AI chatbots as it partners with various companies, including restaurants,&rdquo;&nbsp;<a href="https://seekingalpha.com/news/4104627-soundhound-ai-jumps-as-wedbush-says-ai-momentum-is-front-and-center">as quoted by Seeking Alpha</a>.



<h2>Trulieve Cannabis (TCNNF)</h2>

Also, consider that when about 88% of Americans want to see legalization, more states could vote to approve it.



And at some point, we may even see federal approval. In the meantime, when it comes to TCNNF, the key catalyst is the Florida vote. Remember,&nbsp;the Supreme&nbsp;Court&rsquo;s&nbsp;decision to allow the legalization of cannabis to appear on ballots this November holds the key to unlocking a potential tripling of the total cannabis market in Florida to $6 billion in sales,&nbsp;<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/analyst-ratings/analyst-color/24/04/38037571/floridas-6b-cannabis-market-anticipates-400-growth-following-court-decision-allowin" target="_blank">as noted by Benzinga.com</a>.



Furthermore, earnings have been strong.&nbsp;Its first-quarter <a href="https://investorplace.com/earning-results/2024/05/tcnnf-stock-earnings-trulieve-cannabis-for-q1-of-2024/">EPS loss of five cents beat by six cents</a>.&nbsp;Revenue of $298 million, up 4.6% YOY, beat by $12.27 million.&nbsp;Also, Trulieve Cannabis generated a free cash flow from operations of $139 million and a free cash flow of $124 million.&nbsp;



<h2>JetBlue (JBLU)</h2>

Oversold at around $5.86 a share, JBLU is a buy. Going forward, I&rsquo;d initially like to see it refill its bearish gap at around $7.50.&nbsp;&nbsp;



For one, with demand taking off,&nbsp;global airlines just raised their&nbsp;<a href="https://www.thenationalnews.com/business/aviation/2024/06/03/global-airlines-raise-2024-profit-forecast-to-305bn-amid-strong-passenger-demand/">profit forecast to $30.5 billion</a>&nbsp;for the year. The industry is preparing for about five billion passengers, as noted by the International Air Transport Association. That&rsquo;s just over 11% higher than last year&rsquo;s numbers. All of which should fuel undervalued&nbsp;<a href="https://investorplace.com/industries/consumer-discretionary/travel/airline/">airline stocks</a>, like JBLU.



Two,&nbsp;<a href="https://hedgefollow.com/stocks/JBLU">top investors have been buying</a>, too. At the end of March, Carl Icahn&rsquo;s Icahn Enterprises bought 17.73 million shares. Jeffrey Talpins&rsquo; Element Capital bought 136,130 shares. Even Paul Reeder&rsquo;s Par Capital increased its stake in JBLU by nearly 50% by adding 999,500 shares.
