What To Know: CrowdStrike shares fell 11% on Friday and another 13.5% on Monday as investors continued to dump shares after a CrowdStrike update at the end of last week led to a major outage that impacted businesses across the world.
CrowdStrike CEO&nbsp;George Kurtz&nbsp;said the outage was caused by &#8220;a defect found in a single content update,&#8221; confirming that it was not a security incident or cyberattack.&nbsp;
Baird analyst Shrenik Kothari maintained CrowdStrike with an <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/analyst-stock-ratings">Outperform</a> on Tuesday and lowered the price target from&nbsp;$350&nbsp;to&nbsp;$335. HSBC analyst Stephen Bersey downgraded CrowdStrike from Buy to Hold and lowered the price target from&nbsp;$388&nbsp;to&nbsp;$302.
The analysts join a growing group to weigh in on CrowdStrike stock following the IT outage. Several analysts have adjusted price targets in recent days ranging from $300 to $405. With the stock trading in the $260s, the selloff appears to be overdone from an analyst perspective, which may help explain some of the bounce back in shares Tuesday.

It&#8217;s worth noting that CNBC&#8217;s Jim Cramer on Monday <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/trading-ideas/long-ideas/24/07/39888488/jim-cramer-applauds-crowdstrikes-response-to-global-it-outage-sees-swift-recovery-ahead-">predicted</a> that CrowdStrike shares are poised for a swift recovery given the company&#8217;s &#8220;unbelievable technology.&#8221; He applauded the company&#8217;s response to the outage and suggested people will forget about it and return to CrowdStrike in about three months.

What Happened: NXP reported second-quarter revenue of $3.127 billion, beating analyst estimates of $3.125 billion. The company&#8217;s top-line results were down 5% on a year-over-year basis. 
NXP reported adjusted earnings of $3.20 per share, missing analyst estimates of $3.21 per share, per&nbsp;<a href="http://pro.benzinga.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Benzinga Pro</a>.
NXP said cash flow from operations came in at $761 million. The company also generated $577 million of free cash flow during the quarter.&nbsp;

Salesforce reportedly cut around 300 roles to streamline operations, highlighting the tech industry's ongoing focus on cost control.
ADMA Biologics, Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/ADMA#NASDAQ">ADMA</a>) has been a rocket, Cramer said. &#8220;If I were you, I would take some off the table.&#8221;

Ford Motor Co (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/F#NYSE">F</a>) shares popped premarket Tuesday in sympathy with shares of General Motors Co (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/GM#NYSE">GM</a>), which jumped after the company reported strong second-quarter <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/24/07/n39901339/gm-releases-2024-second-quarter-results-and-raises-full-year-guidance">earnings results and raised guidance</a>.
What Happened With GM: General Motors reported second-quarter revenue of $47.969 billion, beating analyst estimates of $45.302 billion, according to <a href="http://pro.benzinga.com">Benzinga Pro</a>. The automaker reported quarterly adjusted earnings of $3.06 per share, beating estimates of $2.72 per share. 
&#8220;As I hope you can see from our results, our new products, the progress at Cruise and our higher guidance, we are making the most of every opportunity. It was truly a great first half. And we have the products, discipline and strategies to drive future success,&#8221; said Mary Barra, chair and CEO of GM.
GM raised its 2024 adjusted earnings guidance from a range of $9 to $10 per share to a new range of $9.50 to $10.50 per share versus estimates of $9.71 per share. 
GM raised its 2024 EBIT-adjusted&nbsp;guidance&nbsp;from&nbsp;a range of $12.5 billion to $14.5 billion&nbsp;to a new range of&nbsp;$13 billion to $15 billion. The company also raised its 2024 automotive operating cash flow guidance from a range of $18.3 billion to $21.3 billion to a new range of $19.2 billion to $22.2 billion. 
GM shares were up about 4.5% on the back of earnings at last check. GM and Ford are two of the biggest automakers in the United States.

What To Expect From F: Ford is due to report <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/calendars/earnings">financial results for the second quarter</a> after the market close on Wednesday. 
Analysts expect the automaker to report earnings of 68 cents per share on quarterly revenue of $43.756 billion, according to estimates from <a href="http://pro.benzinga.com">Benzinga Pro</a>. 
In the second quarter of 2023, Ford beat analyst estimates on the top and bottom lines, delivering earnings of 72 cents per share and revenue of $42.427 billion.
