CrowdStrike CEO&nbsp;George Kurtz&nbsp;said the outage was caused by &#8220;a defect found in a single content update,&#8221; confirming that it was not a security incident or cyberattack.&nbsp;

NXP Semiconductors N.V. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/NXPI#NASDAQ">NXPI</a>) shares are trading lower Tuesday after the company reported mixed second-quarter financial results and <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/24/07/g39893177/nxp-semiconductors-reports-second-quarter-2024-results">issued soft guidance</a>.
What Happened: NXP reported second-quarter revenue of $3.127 billion, beating analyst estimates of $3.125 billion. The company&#8217;s top-line results were down 5% on a year-over-year basis. 
NXP reported adjusted earnings of $3.20 per share, missing analyst estimates of $3.21 per share, per&nbsp;<a href="http://pro.benzinga.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Benzinga Pro</a>.
NXP said cash flow from operations came in at $761 million. The company also generated $577 million of free cash flow during the quarter.&nbsp;

Following the print, Cantor Fitzgerald analyst CJ Muse reiterated NXP Semiconductors with an <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/analyst-stock-ratings">Overweight</a> and maintained a price target of&nbsp;$350.

On CNBC's &#8220;Mad Money Lightning Round,&#8221; Jim Cramer said Salesforce, Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/CRM#NYSE">CRM</a>) has been a huge winner and recommended holding the stock. &#8220;It does have trouble <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/equities/24/07/39788420/salesforce-slashes-300-jobs-emphasizes-cost-control-amid-tech-slowdown-report">getting traction,&#8221; he added</a>.
Salesforce reportedly cut around 300 roles to streamline operations, highlighting the tech industry's ongoing focus on cost control.
ADMA Biologics, Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/ADMA#NASDAQ">ADMA</a>) has been a rocket, Cramer said. &#8220;If I were you, I would take some off the table.&#8221;
On May 9, ADMA Biologics reported better-than-expected first-quarter financial results and issued strong FY24 and FY25 revenue guidance.
When asked about Ouster, Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/OUST#NYSE">OUST</a>), he said, &#8220;I would actually take some off the table. It's another part of this big small cap rally that we keep talking about. I think it's gotten ahead of itself.&#8221;
Ouster will report its financial results for the second quarter after the closing bell on Tuesday, Aug. 13.

Serve Robotics shares are trading lower after the company announced the pricing of a $15 million private placement.

Several Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cryptocurrency/24/07/39839083/bitcoin-etfs-under-fire-economist-predicts-trouble-ahead">experienced substantial inflows</a> on Monday, with BlackRock&#8217;s iShares Bitcoin Trust (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/IBIT#NASDAQ">IBIT</a>) leading the charge.
What Happened: According to <a href="https://sosovalue.com/assets/etf/us-btc-spot">data </a>from SoSo Value, IBIT saw an impressive inflow of $526.7 million, solidifying its position as the top performer among Bitcoin ETFs.
Other ETFs also registered positive inflows, albeit on a smaller scale. 
Fidelity&#8216;s (BATS:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/FBTC#BATS">FBTC</a>) attracted $23.72 million, while Invesco&#8216;s (BATS:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/BTCO#BATS">BTCO</a>) and Franklin Templeton&#8216;s (BATS:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/EZBC#BATS">EZBC</a>) saw inflows of $13.65 million and $7.87 million respectively.
