Linkers Industries Shares Halted To The Downside; Stock Now Down -35.56%

Billionaire investor Stanley Druckenmiller recently made a big investment in Broadcom (AVGO), <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/24/12/42659876/stanley-druckenmiller-pours-funds-into-1-trillion-company-already-trading-up-100?adt_ei=%7B%7Bemail%7D%7D&amp;he=%7B%7Bemail%7D%7D">increasing his stake to 239,980 shares</a>.&nbsp;
That stake, up 35% since September, is worth almost $56 million, one of the largest holdings in Druckenmiller&#8217;s private family fund. Now, Broadcom shares have surged almost 70% recently, so the stock is probably due for a breather.
But Druckenmiller&#8217;s big bet suggests there&#8217;s plenty of upside potential left.
I anticipate some consolidation into January and perhaps even February before the stock makes its next big move. That&#8217;s why the trade to make on Broadcom in the near term is a short iron condor.
Let me show you.
The short iron condor is a combination of a short call spread and a short put spread – a trade that sells premium on both the lower and upper bounds of price under the notion that prices remain rangebound in consolidation of strength.
As a result, the position loses the value we collected for selling it, and we are able to buy it back at a cheaper cost and keep the difference as profit for holding the spreads over time.&nbsp;
Here&#8217;s the trade structure I&#8217;m looking at:

<li>Sell to open 1 AVGO 17 Jan 260 calls </li>
<li>Buy to open 1 AVGO 17 Jan 265 calls </li>
<li>Buy to open 1 AVGO 17 Jan 220 puts </li>
<li>Sell to open 1 AVGO 17 Jan 215 puts </li>
</ul>
At this writing, the credit collected is $1.67 and this number represents the total profit for the position.&nbsp;&nbsp;
The reason I chose these particular strikes is because of AVGO&#8217;s support and resistance levels. The relative resistance zone currently sits right around $250, and from here we should consolidate (move around within a range of price for a period of time). The relative support is near $225.
This strategy provides four outcomes to exit the trade:&nbsp;
<ol>
<li>Buy back the iron condor as its value erodes – I like to collect 50% of the original collected premium, in general. </li>
<li>Buy back the iron condor within ten days of expiration, especially if there is no movement in price. </li>
<li>If the prices spike above the short strikes (in this case, above $260 or below $220) for more than 3 days: exit the position, irrespective of where profits sit. </li>
<li>Buy back the iron condor if it moves above your threshold for loss – usually between 35%-50% above the collected premium.</li>

Rigetti Computing shares are trading higher amid continued momentum in quantum stocks.

AAR Corp. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/AIR#NYSE">AIR</a>) will release earnings results for its second quarter, after the closing bell on <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/air/earnings">Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2025</a>.
Analysts expect the Wood Dale, Illinois-based company to report quarterly earnings at 84 cents per share, up from 81 cents per share in the year-ago period. AAR projects to report revenue of $654.09 million for the recent quarter, compared to $545.4 million a year earlier, according to data from <a href="https://pro.benzinga.com/dashboard">Benzinga Pro</a>.
On Dec. 20, AAR announced divestiture of non-core Landing Gear Overhaul business to optimize portfolio.
AAR shares fell 0.1% to trade at $60.87 on Thursday.

(NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/NFLX#NASDAQ">NFLX</a>) is set to feature one of the standout moments from its <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/general/sports/24/12/42512587/netflix-analyst-say-its-only-investable-media-stock-projects-150-million-nfl-christmas-day-boost">debut NFL game streams.</a>
What Happened: For the first time ever, Netflix <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/24/12/42653325/exclusive-netflix-to-have-merry-christmas-with-nfl-games-will-viewers-tune-in-60-say">streamed two live</a> NFL games on Christmas Day. The games, which are part of a three-year deal, saw Netflix as the exclusive home of the Kansas City Chiefs at Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore Ravens at Houston Texans matchups on Wednesday.
Beyoncé <a href="https://about.netflix.com/en/news/beyonce-delivers-epic-gift-of-a-halftime-performance-beyonce-bowl-is-coming">performed </a>a 12-minute set during halftime of the Ravens and Texans game, which took place in her hometown of Houston.
Being labeled the "Beyoncé Bowl" by Netflix, the halftime performance featured the first-ever live performances of songs from the singer's "Cowboy Carter" album.
The performance featured guest appearances by Shaboozey, Post Malone and Beyoncé's daughter Blue Ivy Carter.
Netflix announced that "Beyoncé Bowl" will be released as a standalone special on the streaming platform later this week.
The streaming company did not provide an exact date or additional details on whether the special would just be the halftime performance or include behind-the-scenes or additional footage.

Why It's Important: Netflix appears poised to leverage the star power of one of the world's most popular singers, featured during halftime of its inaugural Christmas Day NFL games.
Beyoncé previously performed at halftime of Super Bowl XLVII in 2013, a performance that featured her Destiny's Child bandmates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, and in 2016 with Coldplay and Bruno Mars at Super Bowl 50. Both halftime performances rank among the most watched in NFL history. &nbsp;
The singer teased that there is more coming from her next month. An Instagram <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/DEBPJl1yvvp/">post </a>featured Beyoncé on a horse with an American flag and ends with the screen showing the date of Jan. 14, 2025.
While the teaser post may not be in relation to Netflix, the streaming company has more coming from Beyoncé.
The singer and streamer signed a $60 million <a href="https://variety.com/2019/music/news/beyonce-netflix-deal-1203193729/">deal </a>in 2019, which included "Homecoming," a documentary concert film about the singer's 2018 Coachella performance.
Several reports suggest that the NFL Christmas Day performance and subsequent "Beyoncé Bowl" release are the second of the three projects, leaving one more Netflix special coming from the global superstar.
NFLX Price Action: Netflix stock is down 1.2% to $920.78 on Monday versus a 52-week trading range of $461.86 to $941.75. Netflix stock is up 97% year-to-date in 2024.

In addition to his nonprofit work and luxury watches, Zuckerberg recently clarified rumors surrounding a supposed <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/startups/24/01/36720135/mark-zuckerberg-spent-187-million-secretly-buying-1-600-acres-of-hawaii-land-and-now-he-is-reportedl">massive bunker</a> on his Hawaii compound. In an interview with Bloomberg, he addressed a WIRED report that suggested he was building a 5,000-square-foot bunker under his Kauai property.
"That's just like a little shelter," Zuckerberg said. "Whatever you want to call it, hurricane shelter, whatever. I think it got like, blown out of proportion as if like the whole ranch was some kind of doomsday bunker, which is just not true."

Mark Zuckerberg Talks Non-Profit Achievements While Displaying A $1.2 Million Patek Philippe Watch

In the current market session, L3Harris Technologies Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/LHX#NYSE">LHX</a>) share price is at $213.79, after a 0.22% spike. Moreover, over the past month, the stock decreased by 13.18%, but in the past year, went up by 1.51%. Shareholders might be interested in knowing whether the stock is overvalued, even if the company is performing up to par in the current session.

<h3>Comparing L3Harris Technologies P/E Against Its Peers</h3>
The P/E ratio is used by long-term shareholders to assess the company's market performance against aggregate market data, historical earnings, and the industry at large. A lower P/E could indicate that shareholders do not expect the stock to perform better in the future or it could mean that the company is undervalued. 
L3Harris Technologies has a lower P/E than the aggregate P/E of 71.42 of the Aerospace &amp; Defense industry. Ideally, one might believe that the stock might perform worse than its peers, but it's also probable that the stock is undervalued.
