On paper, Joshua's situation looks tight. With $1,800 in credit card debt and $4,000 in collections, plus a family of five to support, his question wasn't unreasonable. But Dave Ramsey and co-host Rachel Cruze didn't sugarcoat their advice.
"Absolutely, you need a job," Dave said point-blank. Joshua, currently in school full-time, explained he was studying business administration with a focus on project management. His plan was to complete his degree without working for the next four years. Meanwhile, his wife stays home with their three young kids, including a newborn.

Currently sailing through the Caribbean, the ship will conclude the year in Guayaquil, Ecuador, before embarking on a four-month South American tour. Highlights include transits through the Panama Canal, a visit to Rio de Janeiro's Carnival and an eight-day journey along the Amazon River. Travelers will also experience iconic landmarks such as the Chilean Fjords and a sail-by of Antarctica.
According to Mikael Petterson, CEO of Villa Vie Residences, the program was conceived before the recent <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/content/42444997/biden-harris-and-trump-campaigns-responsible-for-more-than-6-billion-ad-impressions-combined-on-meta">U.S. presidential election</a>. "Quite frankly, we don't have a political view one way or the other," Petterson told Newsweek. "We just wanted to give people who feel threatened a way to get out."

Its Q1 results were a mixed bag, but I remain optimistic about Blackline&rsquo;s long-term trajectory.&nbsp;<a href="https://seekingalpha.com/pr/19655016-blackline-safety-reports-fiscal-first-quarter-2024-results-revenue-up-25-percent-year-over?hasComeFromMpArticle=false" target="_blank">Missing earnings per share estimates by 2 cents</a>&nbsp;was disappointing, but we can&rsquo;t overlook the company&rsquo;s 25% year-over-year growth in total revenue. And with annual recurring income climbing a tremendous 37% to $54.2 million, Blackline&rsquo;s subscription-based business model is clearly performing very well.



The company reported a record 130% rate of growth in revenue from existing customers. When current clients are more than doubling their spending on the company&rsquo;s offerings, that shows powerful validation from the market. Blackline&rsquo;s connected safety solutions are resonating well across key industries like energy and utilities.



While the company&rsquo;s $3.2 million adjusted loss is still sizable, it&rsquo;s nearly halved from the previous year. I wouldn&rsquo;t be shocked if Blackline reaches profitability ahead of expectations.
