What Happened: Assessing the 13F filings for the fourth quarter, we found that BlackRock, Inc. and Vanguard Group Inc., which also issue several exchange-traded funds, had major positions in quantum computing stocks.
Vanguard&#8217;s total investment value in Rigetti Computing Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/RGTI#NASDAQ">RGTI</a>), Quantum Computing Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/QUBT#NASDAQ">QUBT</a>), D-Wave Quantum Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/QBTS#NYSE">QBTS</a>), and IonQ Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/IONQ#NYSE">IONQ</a>) stood at $1.201 billion during the fourth quarter.

(OTCQB:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/CYDY#OTCQB">CYDY</a>) reappears in the top 10 Most Active list, bouncing back from its drop-off in November. Additionally, Renewable Innovations, Inc. (OTCQB:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/REII#OTCQB">REII</a>) (formerly NESTBUILDER.COM CORP. (OTCQB: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/nbld#OTCQB">NBLD</a>)), a digital media and marketing services company, entered the top 10 Most Active list.
