CrowdStrike Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/CRWD#NASDAQ">CRWD</a>) shares are trading higher Tuesday, bouncing back after facing heavy selling pressure on consecutive days following last week&#8217;s&nbsp;<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/24/07/39870313/microsoft-crowdstrike-issue-caused-largest-it-outage-in-history-showing-how-much-we-depend-on-a-hand">global IT outage</a>.
What To Know: CrowdStrike shares fell 11% on Friday and another 13.5% on Monday as investors continued to dump shares after a CrowdStrike update at the end of last week led to a major outage that impacted businesses across the world.
CrowdStrike CEO&nbsp;George Kurtz&nbsp;said the outage was caused by &#8220;a defect found in a single content update,&#8221; confirming that it was not a security incident or cyberattack.&nbsp;
Baird analyst Shrenik Kothari maintained CrowdStrike with an <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/analyst-stock-ratings">Outperform</a> on Tuesday and lowered the price target from&nbsp;$350&nbsp;to&nbsp;$335. HSBC analyst Stephen Bersey downgraded CrowdStrike from Buy to Hold and lowered the price target from&nbsp;$388&nbsp;to&nbsp;$302.
The analysts join a growing group to weigh in on CrowdStrike stock following the IT outage. Several analysts have adjusted price targets in recent days ranging from $300 to $405. With the stock trading in the $260s, the selloff appears to be overdone from an analyst perspective, which may help explain some of the bounce back in shares Tuesday.

It&#8217;s worth noting that CNBC&#8217;s Jim Cramer on Monday <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/trading-ideas/long-ideas/24/07/39888488/jim-cramer-applauds-crowdstrikes-response-to-global-it-outage-sees-swift-recovery-ahead-">predicted</a> that CrowdStrike shares are poised for a swift recovery given the company&#8217;s &#8220;unbelievable technology.&#8221; He applauded the company&#8217;s response to the outage and suggested people will forget about it and return to CrowdStrike in about three months.

On CNBC's &#8220;Mad Money Lightning Round,&#8221; Jim Cramer said Salesforce, Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/CRM#NYSE">CRM</a>) has been a huge winner and recommended holding the stock. &#8220;It does have trouble <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/equities/24/07/39788420/salesforce-slashes-300-jobs-emphasizes-cost-control-amid-tech-slowdown-report">getting traction,&#8221; he added</a>.
Salesforce reportedly cut around 300 roles to streamline operations, highlighting the tech industry's ongoing focus on cost control.
ADMA Biologics, Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/ADMA#NASDAQ">ADMA</a>) has been a rocket, Cramer said. &#8220;If I were you, I would take some off the table.&#8221;
On May 9, ADMA Biologics reported better-than-expected first-quarter financial results and issued strong FY24 and FY25 revenue guidance.
When asked about Ouster, Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/OUST#NYSE">OUST</a>), he said, &#8220;I would actually take some off the table. It's another part of this big small cap rally that we keep talking about. I think it's gotten ahead of itself.&#8221;
Ouster will report its financial results for the second quarter after the closing bell on Tuesday, Aug. 13.
The Mad Money host recommended holding on to Vertiv Holdings Co (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/VRT#NYSE">VRT</a>) and not selling it.
Westerville, Ohio-based Vertiv said it will report its second-quarter results before the opening bell on Wednesday, July 24.
Cramer recommended to hold Suncor Energy Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/SU#NYSE">SU</a>). &#8220;I think you're in good shape with it,&#8221; he added.
On July 18, Wolfe Research analyst Doug Leggate reinstated Suncor Energy with an Outperform rating.
CAVA Group, Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/CAVA#NYSE">CAVA</a>) has had a &#8220;very, very big run,&#8221; he said. &#8220;I would just hold on to the stock, and if it dropped anymore I would actually do some buying.&#8221;
On July 16, Morgan Stanley analyst Brian Harbour maintained Cava Group with an Overweight ratingand raised the price target from $85 to $90.
Cramer recommended to buy Pinterest, Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/PINS#NYSE">PINS</a>) &#8220;hand over fist.&#8221;
Pinterest will release financial results for the second quarter on Tuesday, July 30 after the closing bell.

Serve Robotics shares are trading lower after the company announced the pricing of a $15 million private placement.

Several Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cryptocurrency/24/07/39839083/bitcoin-etfs-under-fire-economist-predicts-trouble-ahead">experienced substantial inflows</a> on Monday, with BlackRock&#8217;s iShares Bitcoin Trust (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/IBIT#NASDAQ">IBIT</a>) leading the charge.
What Happened: According to <a href="https://sosovalue.com/assets/etf/us-btc-spot">data </a>from SoSo Value, IBIT saw an impressive inflow of $526.7 million, solidifying its position as the top performer among Bitcoin ETFs.
Other ETFs also registered positive inflows, albeit on a smaller scale. 
Fidelity&#8216;s (BATS:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/FBTC#BATS">FBTC</a>) attracted $23.72 million, while Invesco&#8216;s (BATS:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/BTCO#BATS">BTCO</a>) and Franklin Templeton&#8216;s (BATS:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/EZBC#BATS">EZBC</a>) saw inflows of $13.65 million and $7.87 million respectively.
These figures underscore the growing investor interest in Bitcoin (CRYPTO: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/btc/usd">BTC</a>) through regulated investment vehicles.
The strong performance of Bitcoin ETFs comes at a time when the broader cryptocurrency market is navigating complex dynamics. 
QCP Capital notes that while the spot market reaction to the recent Ethereum ETF launch has been muted, the options market is signaling caution, with volatility increasing and risk reversals dipping.
