Shares of the company headed by famed investor Warren Buffett remain the most expensive in the world, and the company itself ranks as the seventh-largest, with a market cap of over $687 billion.
When asked at the 1995 shareholder meeting if Buffett would ever consider splitting Class-A shares, he said, &ldquo;We are almost certain we would get a shareholder base that would not have the level of sophistication and the synchronization of objectives with us that we have now. That is almost a cinch.&rdquo;
A year later, in 1996, an effort was made to make Berkshire&rsquo;s stock more inclusive, thus Class B shares were created.

Alphabet is the parent company to search engine behemoth, Google.
According to Wikipedia, Alphabet was created through a restructuring of Google in 2015 prompted by a desire to make the core Google business &quot;cleaner and more accountable&quot; while allowing greater autonomy to group companies that operate in businesses other than Internet services.
Alphabet announced a 20:1 stock split in April, which will take effect on July 15.

Booking Holdings is an American travel technology company that owns and operates several travel fare aggregators and travel fare metasearch engines.
Some of the companies under its umbrella include the flagship Booking.com, as well as Priceline.com, Agoda.com, Kayak.com, Cheapflights, Rentalcars.com, Momondo, and OpenTable.
The company completed one 2:1 stock split in May 1998.
AutoZone, Inc. (NYSE: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/azo#NYSE">AZO</a>)

AutoZone is the largest American retailer of aftermarket automotive parts and accessories.
The company operates 6,400 stores across 4 countries, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The company has never split its stock.

Wednesday marks the last chance for investors to receive the next dividend payout from Seaboard (AMEX:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/SEB#AMEX">SEB</a>). 
<h3>What's Happening</h3>
The company announced on Tuesday that it would pay shareholders a quarterly dividend of $2.25 per share. On Thursday, Seaboard will go ex-dividend, meaning the stock will trade lower to reflect that payout. In other words, the stock will likely open $2.25 lower than it would have opened on any other day.
In order to be eligible to receive a company's dividend, shareholders must own the stock prior to the ex-dividend date—in this case, Thursday. Shareholders who own SEB as of the end of Wednesday's session are eligible to receive the $2.25 dividend payout for every share that they own. 
According to the company, this dividend will be paid out to shareholders on May 23, 2022. Investors will then be able to either reinvest those dividends back into the stock or use the payment in some other way.
