Community News: In a proposal from Dec. 25, Floki has announced plans to launch an ETP in partnership with an asset manager and ETP issuer. 
This move positions Floki as the second meme coin, after Dogecoin (CRYPTO: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/doge/usd">DOGE</a>), to offer a live ETP. 
The proposed product is slated for listing on the SIX Swiss Exchange, Switzerland's largest stock exchange, in early Q1 2025.
Unlike Dogecoin's ETP, which is listed on Sweden's Spotlight Stock Market, Floki's debut on the SIX Swiss Exchange is seen as a significant step up in credibility and appeal.
To fund the ETP&#8217;s launch, the Floki team has <a href="https://snapshot.box/#/s:floki-inu.eth/proposal/0x50aa497ab85e56c5ec16cff70acd4e5146b333db06e5528496c931db4c62cbe6">proposed</a> a DAO vote to allocate liquidity. 
Of the 16.3 billion FLOKI tokens held in a designated wallet, a portion will be used for ETP liquidity, while the rest will be burned upon the ETP&#8217;s launch.
The Floki team's ETP aims to make the cryptocurrency accessible to institutional and retail investors in a secure and regulated manner.

The stock may be moving higher amid continued strength after the company on Monday announced it completed its <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/large-cap/24/12/42646240/rocket-lab-ends-2024-with-16th-launch-stock-gains">16th successful mission of 2024.</a>
The Details: The company announced earlier this week that it successfully deployed a satellite for Japanese Earth-observation constellation operator Synspective. 
The mission lifted off from Rocket Lab Launch Complex in New Zealand and deployed a single StriX satellite to orbit. Synspective&#8217;s StriX satellite serves multiple purposes, including detecting anomalies in road, rail and energy infrastructure as well as providing rapid damage assessments after events like flooding, landslides and volcanic eruptions.
Rocket Lab concluded its 2024 launch schedule with this mission, setting a new record of 16 successful launches for the year, surpassing its 2023 total of 10. The company&#8217;s next launch is slated for the first quarter of 2025.
Rocket Lab founder and CEO, Sir Peter Beck, said, &#8220;In 2024 we launched missions for NASA, the NRO, deployed multiple missions for commercial constellation operators like Synspective, launched suborbital HASTE missions advancing hypersonic flight test capability, and to top it all off, we achieved a world first by launching two missions from two different hemispheres in less than 24 hours.&#8221;

Mullen Automotive, Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/MULN#NASDAQ">MULN</a>) disclosed a Class 3 EV truck <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/24/12/g42684852/westland-floral-purchases-mullen-class-3-ev-trucks-for-southern-california-landscaping-fleet" rel="noreferrer noopener">purchase order from Westland Floral</a>.
The order includes two Mullen THREE trucks, upfitted by Phenix Truck Bodies in California and facilitated by Pritchard, with California HVIP incentives approved.
The Mullen THREE offers a 38-foot turning diameter, excellent visibility for city streets, and a versatile chassis supporting upfits up to 14 feet long with a payload capacity exceeding 5,800 pounds.
Ben Hartford, EV sales manager for Pritchard Commercial said, &#8220;Westland Floral&#8217;s decision to incorporate the Mullen THREE into their fleet demonstrates the growing recognition of EVs as a cost-effective and sustainable solution.&#8221;
&#8220;By utilizing California&#8217;s HVIP incentives, they are not only reducing their operational costs but also making a meaningful commitment to environmental sustainability.&#8221;
David Michery, CEO and chairman of Mullen Automotive, added, &#8220;It&#8217;s also great that Westland was able to take advantage of the California HVIP incentive, which is an incredible program and incentive offered to fleets in California.&#8221;
Last week, the company announced a&nbsp;commercial vehicle sales update. Since September 30, Mullen said it has sold 100 Class 1 and Class 3 electric cargo vans and trucks, <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/24/12/42557400/mullen-automotive-reports-55-million-in-ev-sales-with-100-electric-vans-and-trucks-sold-since-september-cuts-burn-rate-significantly" rel="noreferrer noopener">generating $5.5 million in total sales</a>.
Mullen&#8217;s commercial EV lineup includes the Mullen ONE, a Class 1 EV cargo van, and the Mullen THREE, a Class 3 EV cab chassis truck, both of which meet the requirements of U.S. Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards and environmental regulations.
Price Action: MULN shares are down 0.93% at $1.06 at the last check Thursday.

A strategy that involves exposure to the stock market, as well as generating monthly income, sounds like a great option in the current market environment. The covered call strategy, also referred to as a buy-write strategy, involves buying shares of a stock and selling a call option against the position.

	It can be used to lower volatility and generate income while at the same time keeping exposure to the stock market. There is a downside risk to the strategy, that involves a strong bull market. If the stock moves above the strike price on the call option that was sold against the stock, it will limit the upside potential of the stock. In essence, an investor is putting a limit on the gains in exchange for monthly income from the option premiums.

	In the situation where the strategy takes too much time or is too complex for the individual investor, there are ETFs that focus on the covered call strategy:

	PowerShares S&amp;P 500 BuyWrite (NYSE: <a class="ticker" href="/stock/pbp#NYSE">PBP</a>). This ETF is based on the CBOE S&amp;P 500 BuyWrite Index that holds a portfolio of stocks that tracks the S&amp;P 500 and sells call options at or above the prevailing price of the index. The current yield on the ETF is 6.5 percent and it is up 5.9 percent this year. A recent rally has the ETF trading at the best level since June, as interest rates have once again started to increase. As interest rates rise it makes the income generated by the covered calls more attractive. The expense ratio is 0.75 percent.

	iPath CBOE S&amp;P 500 BuyWrite Index ETN (NYSE: <a class="ticker" href="/stock/bwv#NYSE" style="font-size: 13px;">BWV</a>).&nbsp;This ETN tracks the same index as PBP with one major difference -- being how they achieve their objective. With an ETN, the product will use various financial vehicles to track an index, versus actually owning the stocks that make up the index. Therefore the risk lies on the issuer of the ETN, in this case Barclays&nbsp;(NYSE: <a class="ticker" href="/stock/bcs#NYSE">BCS</a>). The expense ratio is 0.75 percent and the ETN is up 11.3 percent in 2013. There are no distributions made by the ETN.

	Horizons S&amp;P 500 Covered Call ETF (NYSE: <a class="ticker" href="/stock/hspx#NYSE" style="font-size: 13px;">HSPX</a>).&nbsp;Introduced in late June of this year, HSPX will track the same index as the first two covered call ETFs. The expense ratio will be slightly lower at 0.65 percent. The dividends are paid on a monthly basis, versus quarterly for PBP. Based on the erratic first four months of dividends the ETF is yield just under 4 percent. This yield is expected to vary greatly from month to month.

	AdvisorShares STAR Global Buy-Write ETF (NYSE: <a class="ticker" href="/stock/vega#NYSE" style="font-size: 13px;">VEGA</a>).&nbsp;The actively managed ETF uses a proprietary strategy, that invests in a global allocation strategy and simultaneously sells call options against them. So far this year the ETF has been lagging the market as it is currently unchanged in 2013. Based on last year&#39;s one distribution the ETF is yielding less than one percent -- and on top of the 2.1 percent net expense ratio there is no reason to look any further into this vehicle.

	Of the four options, three are tracking the same index -- and the two that appear to be the best options for investors are PBP and the newly introduced HSPX. &nbsp; &nbsp;

Big winners (up at least 5%): VelocityShares 3x Inverse Natural Gas ETN (NYSE: <a class="ticker" href="/stock/dgaz#NYSE">DGAZ</a>), iPath Global Carbon ETN (NYSE: <a class="ticker" href="/stock/grn#NYSE">GRN</a>), ProShares UltraShort DJ-UBS Natural Gas (NYSE: <a class="ticker" href="/stock/kold#NYSE">KOLD</a>) and the ProShares MSCI UltraShort Mexico (NYSE: <a class="ticker" href="/stock/smk#NYSE">SMK</a>).

	Big losers (down at least 5%): ProShares Ultra DJ-UBS Natural Gas (NYSE: <a class="ticker" href="/stock/boil#NYSE">BOIL</a>) and the VelocityShares 3x Long Natural Gas ETN (NYSE: <a class="ticker" href="/stock/ugaz#NYSE">UGAZ</a>).

	Unusual volume (at least 5X ADV): SPDR S&amp;P Emerging Markets ETF (NYSE: <a class="ticker" href="/stock/gmm#NYSE">GMM</a>), iShares MSCI Germany Small Cap ETF (NYSE: <a class="ticker" href="/stock/ewgs#NYSE">EWGS</a>), ProShares UltraShort MSCI Emerging Markets (NYSE: <a class="ticker" href="/stock/eev#NYSE">EEV</a>), Market Vectors Russia Small-Cap ETF (NYSE: <a class="ticker" href="/stock/rsxj#NYSE">RSXJ</a>), ALPS Sector Dividend Dogs ETF (NYSE: <a class="ticker" href="/stock/sdog#NYSE">SDOG</a>) and the AdvisorShares STAR Global Buy-Write ETF (NYSE: <a class="ticker" href="/stock/vega#NYSE">VEGA</a>).
