The 2024 EPS includes one-time boosts: a $1.2 billion benefit <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/general/biotech/24/10/41596761/pfizer-q3-earnings-revenue-and-profit-on-heightened-demand-for-paxlovid-expects-10-billion-in-202" rel="noreferrer noopener">from Paxlovid stockpiling</a> and a U.S. government true-up and equity income from its stake in Haleon Plc (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/HLN#NYSE">HLN</a>). However, Haleon income will not appear in 2025, as Pfizer&#8217;s ownership in Haleon is <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/equities/24/10/41112790/pfizer-divests-3-3b-stake-in-sensodyne-toothpaste-and-panadol-painkiller-maker-haleon" rel="noreferrer noopener">dropping below 20%</a>.
Goldman forecasts for 2025 revenues of $64.9 billion and EPS of $3.13, which compares to consensus estimates of $63.2 billion and $2.89, respectively.
Goldman Sachs notes that the impact of the IRA Part D redesign will likely be addressed in the company&#8217;s 2025 guidance. However, the analyst does not expect the details to be broken down by individual products but instead based on the overall commercial portfolio.
The analyst expects Paxlovid sales of $4.3 billion vs. consensus of $3.7 billion, though slightly more conservative on Vyndaqel sales of $5.9 billion vs. consensus of $6.2 billion.
Year-to-date, Eliquis has performed well, showing 12% growth thanks to market expansion and increased market share. This growth has been supported by Pfizer&#8217;s commercial team and boosted by Part D catastrophic coverage in 2024.
Looking ahead to 2025, Pfizer expects continued growth opportunities driven by market expansion and the potential for further share gains.

What To Expect When Pfizer Outlines Its 2025 Financial Outlook On Tuesday?

JMP Securities initiated coverage on Addus HomeCare Corp (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/ADUS#NASDAQ">ADUS</a>), a provider of home-based personal care and clinical services.
JMP analysts see Addus HomeCare as having a uniquely strong and well-established presence in personal care services across multiple states, thanks to the company's scale and experienced management team.
The analyst writes that personal care is a cost-effective way to provide home-based services, especially as the U.S. faces a shortage of expensive skilled clinicians.
This approach also helps delay the need for more costly care options. With the highly fragmented personal care sector, Addus has opportunities to expand by adding complementary home health and hospice services to its existing markets.
The analysts expect this strategy to support sustained double-digit revenue growth for the company in the coming years.

Addus HomeCare recently acquired Gentiva's PC operations. The deal, the largest acquisition in the company's history, is expected to allow Addus HomeCare to enter Texas with critical mass and add personal care services in six other states, three of which are <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/24/12/b42276478/addus-homecare-completes-acquisition-of-personal-care-operations-of-gentiva" rel="noreferrer noopener">new to the company</a>.
Gentiva's PC platform is expected to contribute annual revenue of $275 million-$280 million, prompting 29% year-over-year personal care growth for Addus HomeCare in 2025, above the segment's five-year CAGR (2019-2024E) of 8%.
JMP writes that in recent years, Addus HomeCare has expanded into value-based care (VBC) arrangements in select markets through its "Care Advantage" program.
The company is well-positioned to grow in this area thanks to its combination of clinical and non-clinical care resources, along with its large-scale operations and robust case management systems.

FTX on Monday announced that its<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cryptocurrency/24/11/42151412/bankrupt-crypto-exchange-ftx-to-commence-payments-to-customers-creditors-in-early-2025"> Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization plan</a> will become effective on Jan. 3, 2025.
Customer and creditor distributions will be facilitated through partnerships with cryptocurrency platforms Kraken and BitGo.
The first round of distributions is expected to occur within 60 days of the plan's effective date.
The initial distribution will cover holders of allowed claims in the Convenience Classes, while timelines for other claim classes will be announced later, <a href="https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/ftx-announces-effective-date-and-record-date-of-january-3-2025-for-its-chapter-11-plan-of-reorganization-302332816.html">according</a> to a press release.
Customers and creditors eligible for distributions must complete several steps, including logging into the FTX Customer Portal, completing Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, submitting necessary tax forms, and onboarding with Kraken or BitGo.
