Cboe To Launch Cash-Settled Bitcoin Index Options

In a recent interview, NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/NVDA#NASDAQ">NVDA</a>) CEO Jensen Huang shared his thoughts on the company's focus on supply as demand remains "incredible," a development that was a big topic in the company's <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/24/11/42099904/nvidia-q3-earnings-highlights">recent financial results.</a>
What Happened: Although Nvidia stock has dipped since its third-quarter results, <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/analyst-ratings/analyst-color/24/11/42119226/nvidia-analysts-see-stock-best-positioned-in-ai-not-worried-about-guidance-all-systems-go-for-blackwell-ramp">analysts remain unfazed</a>, pointing to surging demand for Blackwell chips.
During an appearance on Fox Business Network's "The Claman Countdown," Huang was asked about the problem many CEOs would love to have of demand being greater than supply.
"Hopper and Blackwell are two just magnificent computing systems," Huang <a href="https://www.foxbusiness.com/video/6365013367112">said</a>.
Huang said demand is strong for data centers to get their hands on Blackwell chips.
"We're going to go from zero billion dollars of Blackwell to many billions of dollars of Blackwell. And so, it's going to be an incredible thing. But the demand is just incredible."
During the interview, Huang was asked about the large number of customers and big-name customers who have placed orders and the process for determining which customers get their Blackwell chips first.
"We try to be fair with everyone so that they can all get their AI infrastructure up and running. We also make sure that their infrastructure is ready. And so, between us and them, there's no sense shipping computers if the data center and the power and the readiness of the system is not there," Huang said.
Huang highlighted Alphabet, Dell and CoreWeave as companies who have expressed their optimism. "Everybody's really proud of the system they've stood up and we're all just racing to get there."
Huang said Nvidia does pricing "based on the value delivered."
"In a lot of ways, it's kind of like generating electricity in the last industrial revolution, and there are all this machinery, these large machinery called A.C. generators, and they produce electricity. We're now producing this miracle called artificial intelligence."

What's Next: Huang said the company is "in good shape" and confident in its Blackwell production ramp.
"Our demand is greater than our supply. And so, we need to get more out," Huang said.
Huang said Nvidia is working with thousands of AI native companies and it's hard to have infrastructure available for all of them.
"We're working super hard to get there as fast as we can, which is the reason why we're ramping Blackwell so hard."
Nvidia's success comes largely in the United States, Huang added. The CEO sees an opportunity to continue to expand to other countries.
"Over time and very quickly, whether it's in the west or in the east, we're going to see just about every single country jumping onto this A.I. revolution, this age of A.I."
Huang brushed off concerns that AI will take over the world and take all the jobs.
"AI can do a lot of tasks, but they can't do 100% of our jobs. That's the big idea."
Huang said AI is going to revolutionize and transform jobs and it's important that people learn how to use AI.
"What is very likely is that AI will do 20, 30, 40% of 100% of the jobs in the world."
NVDA Price Action: Nvidia stock is down 3% to $142.10 on Friday versus a 52-week trading range of $45.01 to $152.89. Nvidia stock is up 195% year-to-date, but has fallen 1% over the last month.

NetApp, Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/NTAP#NASDAQ">NTAP</a>) reported better-than-expected second-quarter results on Thursday.
NetApp reported quarterly earnings of $1.87 per share, which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $1.78. Quarterly revenue came in at $1.65 billion, which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $1.64 billion and is an increase over revenue of $1.56 billion from the same period last year.
"Our strong Q2 performance was driven by another record-breaking quarter in all-flash storage and strong performance in first party and marketplace cloud storage services," said George Kurian, CEO of NetApp. "Broad-based customer preference for our intelligent data infrastructure platform and visionary approach for a data-driven future has enabled us to outgrow the market and take share from competitors. Our focus and momentum fuel my confidence in our ability to deliver outstanding results for customers and shareholders."
The company said it sees FY25 revenue of $6.54 billion to $6.74 billion and GAAP earnings of $5.48 to $5.68 per share, with non-GAAP EPS of $7.20 to $7.40.
NetApp shares fell 3.3% to trade at $122.46 on Friday.

ASGN shares are trading higher after BMO Capital upgraded the stock from Market Perform to Outperform and raised its price target from $96 to $100.

Cannabis company LEEF Brands, Inc. (OTCQB:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/LEEEF#OTCQB">LEEEF</a>) completed its 10-for-1 share consolidation of its common shares. The consolidation is now in effect, and the common shares are trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange and the OTCQB on a post-consolidation basis
In connection with the consolidation, the company's ticker symbol on the OTCQB has temporarily changed to LEEED. This adjustment will remain in effect for 21 days following the date of the consolidation, after which the company's ticker symbol on the OTCQB will revert to LEEEF. The company acknowledges any inconvenience this temporary change may cause and appreciates shareholders' understanding during this transition period.

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Protection Band And What To Do Now</h3>
It is important for investors to look ahead and not in the rearview mirror.&nbsp; The proprietary protection band from The Arora Report is very popular.&nbsp; The protection band puts all of the data, all of the indicators, all of the news, all of the crosscurrents, all of the models, and all of the analysis in an analytical framework that is easily actionable by investors.&nbsp;
Consider continuing to hold good, very long term, existing positions. Based on individual risk preference, consider a protection band consisting of cash or Treasury bills or short-term tactical trades as well as short to medium term hedges and short term hedges. It is worth reminding that you cannot take advantage of new upcoming opportunities if you are not holding enough cash.&nbsp; When adjusting hedge levels, consider adjusting partial stop quantities for stock positions (non ETF); consider using wider stops on remaining quantities and also allowing more room for high beta stocks.&nbsp; High beta stocks are the ones that move more than the market.
<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Traditional 60/40 Portfolio</h3>
Probability based risk reward adjusted for inflation does not favor long duration strategic bond allocation at this time.
Those who want to stick to traditional 60% allocation to stocks and 40% to bonds may consider focusing on only high quality bonds and bonds of five year duration or less.&nbsp; Those willing to bring sophistication to their investing may consider using bond ETFs as tactical positions and not strategic positions at this time.

Opportunities For Investors As AI Frenzy Shifts From Semiconductors To Software

Nebraska's recent election, where voters overwhelmingly <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cannabis/24/11/41764503/nebraska-says-yes-to-medical-cannabis-after-years-of-failed-legalization-attempts-heres-what-you">approved medical cannabis legalization</a>, now faces intense legal scrutiny. As Taking Joints Memo <a href="https://talkingjointsmemo.com/attorneys-argue-against-nebraskas-successful-medical-cannabis-ballot-measures/">reported</a>, the state Attorney General&#8217;s Office and former State Senator John Kuehn argue that widespread petition fraud and notarial malfeasance invalidated tens of thousands of signatures, potentially nullifying the election results.
The lawsuit, filed in Lancaster County District Court, targets the sponsors of Nebraskans for Medical Marijuana and Secretary of State Bob Evnen, who certified the measures for the ballot. The measures passed with strong public support: 71% for Initiative Measure 437 (legalization) and 67% for Initiative Measure 438 (regulation). However, the legal battle casts doubt on whether those results will stand.

In court, Assistant Attorney General Dave Lopez said, "Cheating is a choice," and alleged that misconduct "permeated the campaign from top to bottom
Key evidence includes texts from Crista Eggers, campaign manager for the ballot measures, instructing volunteers to "push the limits" and disregard rules. Eggers maintains that her comments were taken out of context. Two paid circulators admitted to falsifying signatures, with one, Michael Egbert, pleading guilty to a misdemeanor for using a phone book to forge voter signatures.
<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Legal Precedent and Expert Testimony</h3>
State attorneys cited a <a href="https://history.nebraska.gov/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/doc_publications_NH1988Barkley.pdf">1919 Nebraska Supreme Court ruling</a> that allowed fraudulent circulator signatures to be invalidated entirely. They also presented expert testimony from forensic document examiner Mark Songer, who identified potential forgeries among petitions. However, the defense argued that extending fraud to all petitions notarized by implicated individuals would undermine the initiative process.
Eggers, who notarized six pages of Egbert's petitions, denies knowingly approving fraudulent documents. Another circulator, Jennifer Henning, alleged additional misconduct but faced impeachment of her testimony due to her history of fraud convictions.
<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Potential Outcomes</h3>
District Judge Susan Strong will determine whether the petitions can be rehabilitated or if the election results should be voided. Both sides anticipate that the case will ultimately be decided by the Nebraska Supreme Court. The state constitutional officers are scheduled to certify the election on December 2, but ongoing legal battles could delay implementation of the measures.
