"I make the purchase with my money and I pay cash for the real estate and the Bitcoin at purchase," Cardone told Realtor.com. "Then I offer it to my audience of investors and partners at the same price I purchased it. We have no debt."
For the next 48 months, the cash flow generated from the real estate portfolio will be systematically reinvested to purchase an additional $14 million worth of Bitcoin. The reinvestment strategy is expected to yield significant returns. Cardone claims historical performance suggests Bitcoin could appreciate to about $30 million over four years.
"This takes the volatility out of the Bitcoin because the real estate is cash flowing every month," Cardone said.
At the end of 48 months, the Bitcoin acquired through cash flow reinvestment will be liquidated. Investors will receive their initial capital back while retaining ownership of both the real estate and their original Bitcoin investment.

Cardone's Bitcoin real estate fund will focus on properties along Florida's Space Coast, a region renowned for its proximity to the Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral.

Initial reports indicate a bird strike forced the pilots to change course. Theories also emerged that the aircraft may have been unintentionally targeted by Russian air defense systems amid ongoing drone attacks in the North Caucasus.

The settlement addresses allegations of discriminatory job advertising practices on its platform, which allowed employers to restrict job ads based on age and gender, Globes <a target="_blank" href="https://en.globes.co.il/en/article-meta-to-pay-$1m-to-settle-job-ads-discrimination-suit-1001497837#:~:text=Meta%20(formerly%20Facebook)%20will%20pay,in%20the%20District%20Labor%20Court." rel="noreferrer noopener">reports</a>.
The case began in September 2021 when Ya'ala Lev, a 54-year-old marketing professional, discovered she was excluded from many job ads on Facebook.

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission intervened, citing the matter as critical to employment equality with significant societal implications.
Under the settlement, Meta will pay $1 million to the Israeli Ministry of Justice's class actions fund and enforce critical changes to its advertising system in Israel, per the report. Advertisers in the country must reconfirm their adherence to anti-discrimination policies. Additionally, Meta will publish guidelines in Hebrew detailing how to post inclusive job ads and emphasizing the legal obligation to ensure equal access for all candidates.

Nasdaq Dips Over 100 Points, US Initial Jobless Claims Fall

On Thursday, KULR Technology Group, Inc (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/KULR#NYSE">KULR</a>) announced that it has completed the purchase of 217.18 Bitcoin (CRYPTO: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/btc/usd">BTC</a>) for approximately $21 million, at an average price of $96,556.53 per BTC.
The purchase follows the company&#8217;s announcement on December 4 of its Bitcoin Treasury strategy, which announced allocating up to 90% of its surplus cash to BTC.
The $21 million BTC purchased since the announcement is the first of ongoing purchases the company intends to make going forward.

With this deal, Xplore Resources Corp. will grow its presence in the Root Lake area, which is known for its lithium deposits. Through this new deal, Xplore has the option to acquire the Root South property. This property is significant because:

It&#39;s right next to Xplore&#39;s existing Surge lithium project.

It&#39;s also adjacent to Green Technology Metals Ltd.&#39;s (OTC:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/GTMLF#OTC">GTMLF</a>) Root Bay project.
