Swvl Holdings Corp ("Swvl" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/SWVL#NASDAQ">SWVL</a>), a leading provider of technology-driven mobility solutions for enterprises and governments, today announced that investors have exercised their right to purchase additional securities pursuant to the previously executed definitive agreement dated November&nbsp;17, 2024, to purchase $2 million of pre-funded warrants to purchase ordinary shares in a private placement, at a purchase price of $4.79 per share. The purchasers have agreed to lock up the securities purchased in the offering for a period of 6 months, and also to transfer less than 20 percent of the securities purchased for each 90-day period thereafter in an amount not more than 20 percent of the trading volume on the date of sale.
Swvl believes that the execution of the lock up agreements, and selling restrictions contained therein, indicates the purchaser's confidence in Swvl's long-term growth strategy. The private placement closed on February&nbsp;7, 2025. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the private placement for working capital and general corporate purposes, including the expansion of its operations in the United States.

The <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/topic/artificial-intelligence">AI server boom</a> that once had investors piling into U.S.-branded server stocks is losing steam, and <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/25/02/43588299/us-stocks-to-open-on-a-positive-note-after-a-string-of-bad-mondays-recent-dip-has-reached-its-low-point-says-technical-analyst">Wall Street isn't thrilled</a>. 
JPMorgan analyst Samik Chatterjee sees mounting near-term challenges for Dell Technologies Inc (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/DELL#NYSE">DELL</a>) and Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/HPE#NYSE">HPE</a>), but he's siding with Dell as the better bet in this AI reset.
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">The AI Server Party Winds Down</h2>
For months, AI servers were the golden goose, but concerns are mounting. Chatterjee outlines four key issues:

<li>Margin pressure from advanced AI compute configurations, </li>
<li>A more competitive landscape with HPE and Lenovo ramping up, </li>
<li>Supply constraints from Nvidia Corp's (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/NVDA#NASDAQ">NVDA</a>) Blackwell shipments, and </li>
<li>Doubts about AI training intensity following DeepSeek's recent innovation.</li>
</ol>
The result? 
Dell is down 8% year-to-date and off 26% from recent highs, while HPE has stayed flat. 
Super Micro Computer Inc (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/SMCI#NASDAQ">SMCI</a>), which rode the AI wave early, is up 19% YTD but faces its own supply and competition hurdles.

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Dell: AI Hangover But A Broader Recovery Looms</h2>
Dell has taken a beating as AI server revenue expectations cooled and broader IT spending remains sluggish. Chatterjee's forecast trims consensus revenue growth from high-single digits to 4% and EPS growth from 19% to 11%. But with Dell's valuation at just 12x forward earnings, the downside risk appears contained.
JPMorgan sees a turnaround potential later in the year as traditional IT spending picks up.
For the fourth quarter, Dell's earnings are expected to slightly exceed consensus, with revenue at $24.8 billion (+11% YoY) and EPS at $2.60 (vs. consensus of $2.52). However, first quarter guidance looks softer, with projected revenue of $23.0 billion (+3% YoY) and EPS of $1.55, below consensus at $1.80. 
The bigger challenge? AI server revenue is moderating while traditional IT demand isn't bouncing back fast enough.
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">HP Enterprise: AI Server Optimism Keeps It Afloat</h2>
HPE has fared better in 2024, thanks in part to optimism around a high-profile deal with Elon Musk's xAI. But that doesn't mean it's in the clear. AI server revenue is expected to decline in the near term due to limited Blackwell supply and waning demand for Hopper-based systems.
For the first quarter, HPE should hit consensus estimates with revenue of $7.8 billion (+15% YoY) and EPS of $0.49. But the second quarter guidance may disappoint, with revenue projected at $7.8 billion (+9% YoY) and EPS of $0.46, trailing consensus of $0.50. 
While HPE benefits from hybrid cloud strength, its AI server momentum isn't expected to repeat early in FY25.
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">The Verdict: Dell Over HPE</h2>
JPMorgan acknowledges that both companies face headwinds, but Dell's stock has already absorbed much of the AI server reset. While HPE has an xAI win keeping sentiment higher, Dell's broader enterprise IT recovery gives it a stronger upside story heading into the second half of 2024.
Bottom line? 
The AI server craze is cooling, but for those looking to position for a rebound, Dell appears to be the more de-risked bet.

The Coca-Cola Company (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/KO#NYSE">KO</a>) will release its fourth-quarter financial results, before the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/KO/earnings">opening bell, on Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2025.</a>
Analysts expect the Atlanta-based company to report quarterly earnings at 52 cents per share, up from 49 cents per share in the year-ago period. Coca-Cola projects quarterly revenue of $10.7 billion, compared to $10.95 billion a year earlier, according to data from <a href="https://pro.benzinga.com/dashboard">Benzinga Pro</a>.
On Jan. 30, Jefferies analyst Kaumil Gajrawala upgraded Coca-Cola from Hold to Buy and raised the price target from $69 to $75.
With the recent buzz around Coca-Cola, some investors may be eyeing potential gains from the company's dividends too. As of now, Coca-Cola offers an annual dividend yield of 3.04%, which is a quarterly dividend amount of 48 cents per share ($1.94 a year). &nbsp;
So, how can investors exploit its dividend yield to pocket a regular $500 monthly?
To earn $500 per month or $6,000 annually from dividends alone, you would need an investment of approximately $197,457 or around 3,093 shares. For a more modest $100 per month or $1,200 per year, you would need $39,517 or around 619 shares.
To calculate: Divide the desired annual income ($6,000 or $1,200) by the dividend ($1.94 in this case). So, $6,000 / $1.94 = 3,093 ($500 per month), and $1,200 / $1.94 = 619 shares ($100 per month).
Note that dividend yield can change on a rolling basis, as the dividend payment and the stock price both fluctuate over time.
How that works: The dividend yield is computed by dividing the annual dividend payment by the stock&#8217;s current price.
For example, if a stock pays an annual dividend of $2 and is currently priced at $50, the dividend yield would be 4% ($2/$50). However, if the stock price increases to $60, the dividend yield drops to 3.33% ($2/$60). Conversely, if the stock price falls to $40, the dividend yield rises to 5% ($2/$40).
Similarly, changes in the dividend payment can impact the yield. If a company increases its dividend, the yield will also increase, provided the stock price stays the same. Conversely, if the dividend payment decreases, so will the yield.
Price Action: Shares of Coca-Cola gained 0.8% to close at $63.84 on Friday.

Pliant Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/PLRX#NASDAQ">PLRX</a>) stock is trading lower on Monday.
On Friday, during after-hours trading, Pliant Therapeutics announced it has voluntarily paused enrollment and dosing in the ongoing BEACON-IPF Phase 2b trial of bexotegrast in patients with <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/02/g43574512/pliant-therapeutics-provides-update-on-beacon-ipf-a-phase-2b3-trial-in-patients-with-idiopathic-pu" rel="noreferrer noopener">idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF)</a>, a chronic lung disease that causes scarring and stiffening of the lung tissue.&nbsp;
Patients currently enrolled in BEACON-IPF will remain in the trial.
The move follows a prespecified data review and recommendations by the trial&#8217;s independent Data Safety Monitoring Board.
Enrollment and dosing have been paused while data are reviewed to understand the DSMB&#8217;s rationale for their recommendation. The study will be blinded to preserve trial integrity.
In May 2024, On Tuesday,&nbsp;Pliant Therapeutics announced topline data from a Phase 2a PET Imaging trial of&nbsp;bexotegrast&nbsp;(PLN-74809) evaluating change in total collagen levels in the lungs of patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) characterized by excessive collagen&nbsp;<a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/general/biotech/24/05/38819267/pliant-therapeutics-drug-trial-shows-promise-in-reversing-lung-fibrosis-in-patients" rel="noreferrer noopener">deposition in the lung</a>.
Bexotegrast-treated patients showed reduced total lung collagen post-treatment as measured by positron emission tomography (PET) imaging, compared to increased total lung collagen in the placebo group, suggesting potential reversal of fibrosis.&nbsp;
Last February, Pliant Therapeutics released 12-week interim data from the 320 mg dose group of INTEGRIS-PSC Phase 2a trial of bexotegrast in patients with primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) and suspected&nbsp;<a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/general/biotech/24/02/36937322/why-is-liver-disease-focused-pliant-therapeutics-stock-trading-lower-today" rel="noreferrer noopener">moderate to severe liver fibrosis</a>.&nbsp;
The 320 mg group met its primary and secondary endpoints, demonstrating that bexotegrast was well tolerated over a 12-week treatment period, and its plasma concentrations increased with dose.&nbsp;
There was no dose relationship for adverse events. Pruritus and cholangitis occurred less frequently on bexotegrast than on placebo.
Price Action: PLRX stock is down 64.10% at $2.80 during the premarket session at the last check on Monday.
