CityVest Raising Up To $5 Million For Latest Real Estate Access Fund With 25% Target Annual Return

The newest real estate investment offering (view more offerings) on CityVest’s crowdfunding platform is for the KCAP Access Fund, which is targeting an investor-level internal rate of return (IRR) of 25%.

This latest offering is a feeder fund for the $50 million KCAP institutional real estate private equity fund by KeyCity Capital, which is targeting single-family rentals and multifamily properties throughout the Southeast United States.

Investment Highlights: KCAP has just $5 million available as the company has already raised $45 million. The KCAP Fund has already closed on an $80 million, 6-property acquisition in Memphis that is targeting a 31% IRR and has a projected stabilized cash-on-cash return of over 20%.
