John Green, Co-Founder and CEO of Cityfunds by Nada, recently presented at Benzinga’s virtual Alternative Investing Event on Wednesday, April 26th, 2023. The event brought together experts and thought leaders from the alternative investment space to discuss ripe opportunities many investors fail to consider.

Nada is a fintech platform that provides direct to consumer financing along with operating its real estate portfolio, Cityfunds. Cityfunds offers investing in shares of “thematic” funds based on specific cities. This allows investors to choose a location to invest in. As Mr. Green puts it, “it's like the old standard of location location location. Our whole core mission at Nada is to increase accessibility of real estate as an asset.”
