Rad Diversified: As Population Grows, Real Estate And Farmland Will Always Be In Demand

Dutch Mendenhall, CEO and Founder of Rad Diversified, recently presented at Benzinga’s virtual Alternative Investing Event on Wednesday, April 26th, 2023. The event brought together experts and thought leaders from the alternative investment space to discuss ripe opportunities many investors fail to consider.

Rad is a non-traded, Public Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), the value of which has more than doubled since its inception in October of 2019. The fund specializes in farmland and residential real estate. As Mr. Mendenhall puts it, “we are a fund that believes that people will always need to eat, people always need food, and people will always need a place to sleep.”
