Chris Pachinger, VP of Product Marketing at CrowdStreet, recently presented at Benzinga’s virtual Alternative Investing Event on Wednesday, April 26th, 2023. The event brought together experts and thought leaders from the alternative investment space to discuss ripe opportunities many investors fail to consider.
CrowdStreet allows investment in commercial real estate projects through its online marketplace. By pooling investments, smaller investors gain access to investment opportunities that would otherwise be unavailable to them. So far CrowdStreet says it has funded over 752 deals worth over $4 billion.
Speaking of the company’s platform, Mr. Pachinger stated, “We give investors the opportunity to build a portfolio that they would have not had an opportunity to build otherwise…we are giving investors access to an asset class they haven’t had access to before.”
