Fractional real estate investing has become a force to be reckoned with in the real estate market.

With prominent venture capital firms and entrepreneurial powerhouses like Jeff Bezos pouring hundreds of millions into the burgeoning space, it’s easy to see it growing exponentially in the coming decades. Despite their similarities, public REITs dropped by 24.9% in 2022 while fractional real estate shares stood their ground.
