If you want to live like NFL legend Tom Brady, you can buy the house he rented after he split from his supermodel wife, Gisele Bundchen, for $15.9 million.

The former New England Patriots quarterback's three-bedroom rental is in the ritzy Fendi Chateau Residences tower in Surfside, Florida, according to Realtor.com. It's listed by Mendel Fellig of Compass.

"The Fendi Chateau offers unparalleled privacy and luxury, a haven sought after by celebrities and hedge fund managers alike," Fellig told the New York Post. "The sophisticated allure of this building captivates those who value opulence and discretion, making it a coveted retreat for the discerning few."

Brady paid $60,000 per month for the 4,103-square-foot residence from the building’s ninth floor. The condo's floor-to-ceiling windows offer panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. The residence, accessed by a private elevator, has a modern interior with an open floor plan.

Don't Miss:

The modern kitchen is equipped with Gaggenau appliances, wall ovens, an island with a prep sink and wine chiller and a separate breakfast bar. The spacious dining room features illuminated built-ins. The master bedroom has a soaking tub and a private terrace with ocean views.

Built in 2016, the building has 58 residences that overlook the beach. The $8,899 monthly condo fee gives residents access to the fitness center with a sauna, steam room, private massage room, in-house salon, residents-only restaurant and a kid's club.

The median listing price for a home in Surfside was $1.7 million in November, up 13.3% from last year, according to Realtor.com. The median listing home price per square foot was $965, and the median home sold price was $1.1 million.

Surfside, a short drive from both the Miami and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood international airports, has a walkable downtown district and a peaceful beach.

Surfside's first inhabitants were members of the Tequesta Indian Tribe.  The town was incorporated in 1935 through the signatures of 35 members of the Surf Club, which was a gathering place for the rich and famous. The club eventually was redeveloped into the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club.

A seven-time Super Bowl champion, Brady spend 23 years with the NFL — 20 seasons with the Patriots and the final three seasons of his career as a member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
