Tony Robbins is one of the world's most well-known motivational speakers. Throughout his multi-decade career, Robbins has built an impressive financial empire while helping people live their best lives. Now, he is set to enjoy some of the fruits of his labor. According to the New York Post and Gimme Shelter magazine, Robbins recently closed a contract to purchase a multi-million-dollar penthouse in one of Miami's most luxurious skyscrapers.
Tony's new digs will be at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel and Residences in Miami, which is still under construction and won't be move-in ready until 2028. By the time it's done, this five-star building will not only be the epitome of luxury but also America's tallest building south of Manhattan. The estimated final height of this 100-story tower will be 1,049 feet and it will dominate the Miami skyline.

During an interview with Gimme Shelter magazine, listing broker Aura Aragon of PMG Residential said, "It's a very beautiful, unique building and it is changing the city's skyline." Aragon also noted that despite the building not being complete, there is strong demand from the global jet set and 90% of the units are already presold. "Prices start at $3.2 million for condos facing Miami without water views, so there is something for everyone," she continued.
The Waldorf-Astoria name stretches back over a century as one of New York City's oldest and most desirable luxury hotels. So, it only stands to reason that any hotel or residence with Waldorf-Astoria branding will be true to that original ethos. The largest and most luxurious Waldorf-Astoria Miami unit is estimated to be the nation's largest: 33,000 square feet with wine cellars, a private pool with a tiki bar and multipurpose sports courts.

Robbins' penthouse pales in comparison at "only" 7,000 square feet, but it features a private pool and 360-degree views of the Miami skyline and the Atlantic Ocean. He is happy with the purchase. Robbins told Gimme Shelter, "I believe our minds thrive in places that allow us to dream and connect with natural beauty. This new space is the perfect location to witness the ocean's tranquillity while connecting with Miami's vibrancy."
Although the terms of the deal were not disclosed, the New York Post and Gimme Shelter report that penthouses like Robbins' have been selling for $28 million. Robbins' Miami Waldorf-Astoria Residences unit will not be his first or last Florida real estate investment. Gimme Shelter also claims Robbins owns an estate in Manalapan, which is in Palm Beach County.

Robbins is also contracted to buy office space at the Waldorf-Astoria residences for his Robbins-Gupta Holdings business. His partner in that venture, Ajay Gupta, is also rumored to be purchasing a residence at the Waldorf in Miami. That unit is rumored to be a penthouse valued in the $28 million range, meaning Gupta and Robbins will only have a short elevator ride to work.
It's no secret that some people are cynical about the entire "self-help, life-coach guru" concept. Still, an equally large segment of the population believes in Tony Robbins enough to make him a millionaire. Whatever your opinion, you can't deny that following his life's passion has paid off richly for Tony Robbins.
