TV host and former child actor Drew Barrymore's $8.45 million Hamptons home sold less than 30 days after it was listed.

The Hollywood star and entrepreneur listed her residence in Sagaponack, New York, on April 25. According to the New York Post, she'd already found a buyer for the house by the start of Memorial Day weekend. The buyer's identity and final sale price have not been disclosed.

Sagaponack home prices were down 23.7% in April compared to the same month last year, according to real estate brokerage Redfin. The median sale price was $5.95 million, and homes were on the market for an average of 142 days.

Barrymore paid $5.5 million for the two-story house in 2019 and started extensive renovations. The classic barn, built in 1920, sits on 1.7 acres and was first renovated in 2005. The six-bedroom, five-bath home features original beams and wood floors, large windows, built-in bookcases, and French doors.

The home features an eat-in chef's kitchen that opens to a deck. The kitchen is separated from the family room by a double-height open wall made of window frames. A charming guesthouse includes an extra bedroom, bath and office area.
