In a real estate move that’s becoming a habit, Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford has listed another Hidden Hills home he purchased from rap superstar Drake.

Don't Miss:

According to data from Realtor.com, the three-bedroom property hit the market at $6.8 million, marking Stafford’s second attempt to cash in on former Drake residences in just a few months.

Trending: Miami is expected to take New York's place as the U.S. Financial Capital. Here's how you can invest in the city before that happens.

Stafford, who led the Rams to a Super Bowl victory in 2022, seems to have developed a taste for the musician’s real estate portfolio. In July, he put a neighboring four-bedroom house, also previously owned by Drake, up for sale at $5.7 million.

The latest listing sits on a two-acre lot in an exclusive gated community favored by celebrities and athletes alike. With 2,449 square feet of living space, the ranch-style home features high-beamed ceilings, an antique brick fireplace, and built-in seating.

Outside, the property offers a lawn dotted with citrus, pomegranate, and pepper trees leading to a private horse trail and spa. For those seeking even more luxury, the listing suggests creating a compound by purchasing both Stafford-owned properties and a third contiguous lot. The package would total nearly 300,000 square feet for $22 million.

Stafford’s real estate activity follows an even bigger purchase earlier this year. In January, the quarterback spent $28.2 million on a newly built mansion in the same area, on land once owned by Jennifer Lopez, according to the Realtor.

Stafford and his NFL colleagues are attracted to Hidden Hills, due to its proximity to the Rams’ future training facility in nearby Woodland Hills. Current and former teammates, including Jalen Ramsey, Cooper Kupp, and Aaron Donald, have all settled in the area.

Stafford’s property shuffle reflects the fluid nature of high-end real estate in Los Angeles, where celebrity homes frequently change hands at eye-watering prices. For the quarterback, who spent 12 seasons with the Detroit Lions before moving to LA, this listing could be seen as another strategic play – this time off the field.

Trending: Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos are bullish on one city that could dethrone New York and become the new financial capital of the US. Investing in its booming real estate market has never been more accessible.

Whether Stafford's real estate moves will pay off as handsomely as his move to the Rams did is unknown. But with a Super Bowl ring and millions in potential profits on the line, it’s clear that Stafford is playing to win in more arenas than one.
