Encino
In 2020, Gomez purchased a Southern California property once owned by fellow musician Tom Petty for $4.9 million.
The 9,000-square-foot Encino estate, custom-built in 1989, boasts unique features that likely appealed to Gomez. However, Petty moved out after his divorce in 1996. Traces of his legacy remain, including a recording studio and sunken performance space – perfect touches for a singer like Gomez.
The five-bedroom mansion offers soaring ceilings and a gourmet kitchen, while its lower level includes a wine cellar, gym, massage room, creative workspace, additional kitchen, vocal booth, den and a guest suite.

Another potential home for the newly engaged couple is a charming property Gomez purchased in 2017 for $1.8 million.
Built in 1949, the private, gated estate sits on half an acre and spans 3,500 square feet, featuring four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The home boasts hardwood floors, a wood-burning fireplace in the living room and abundant natural light.
The modern kitchen includes Wolf appliances and quartz countertops, while the family room features a home theater, wood-beamed ceilings and built-ins. The primary suite offers a spacious walk-in closet, a cozy fireplace and a spa-like bathroom with a rainfall shower and jetted tub.
The outdoor amenities are just as impressive, with a pool, fire pit and outdoor kitchen.

New York City
Blanco, a songwriter and producer known for collaborating with stars like Katy Perry, Justin Bieber and Ed Sheeran, has been trying to sell his New York City apartment. Blanco, whose real name is Benjamin Joseph Levin, purchased the three-bedroom Chelsea loft in 2011 for $3.4 million.
Initially listed for nearly $4 million in May, the property has seen a price reduction to $3.75 million after failing to attract buyers. The fully renovated condo is in a coveted corner location and has 11-foot ceilings and southeast-facing windows that flood the space with light.
The compact kitchen with a breakfast bar opens seamlessly to the main living area. The building’s residents enjoy an array of amenities, including 24/7 door attendants, concierge services, a gym, a roof deck and a children's playroom.
